ABSTRAK
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and career
development partially or simultaneously on employee performance at PT Sarwa
Karya Wiguna Palembang. The method used is descriptive method, With the survey
technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination
technique uses saturated sampling with 44 respondents. Data analysis techniques
used: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, 3.
Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test), and Simultaneous Test (f test). The
results of the test and analysis are as follows: The results show that there is no
influence between organizational culture on employee performance, There is a
positive and significant influence between career development on employee
performance, There is a positive and significant influence between organizational
culture and career development together on employee performance with a positive
correlation.
