BlackBerry Configurations

Browser Configuration:
1. Go to Jawalnet icon on the desktop, if you cannot find the icon on the desktop, ignore the steps below and follow the instructions under Application Configuration. 2. Click Options, 3. Click Browser Configuration a. Default browser should be Jawalnet b. Browser Identification OR Emulation Mode should be BlackBerry c. Save the changes and go back 4. Click on Cache Operations a. Click on Clear History 5. Click on Options Advanced Options Browser, Set Default browser configuration value to Jawalnet, then save the changes.

Application Configuration:
6. Go to Options icon on the desktop 7. Click on Advance Options OR Device Advance System Settings depends on your mobile brand a. Click on TCP/IP i. Enable APN option by ticking the checkbox. ii. Write in next to APN: jawalnet.com.sa iii. Click save and go back b. Click on Host Routing Table i. There are three items (420 SA [xxxxxxx]) ii. Click on the first one and click on Register Now iii. Repeat the previous step for the second and third item 8. Run FransiMobile application by clicking in the icon on the desktop

Additional Checking
In case FransiMobile does not work, do the following: 1. Restart the mobile (Recommended). 2. Reinstall FransiMobile application from FransiPlus site 3. Verify all sub-points in point 6. Check the requested changes are saved 4. Run the application

Click on the first one and click on Register Now iii. Repeat the previous step for the second and third item 8. Run FransiMobile application by clicking in the icon on the desktop

Additional Checking
