You are requested to be present at least half an hour before the time stipulated on the date of counseling, to complete the formalities relating to admission. In case you are unable to attend the counselling you can depute a person authorized by you with all the documents and demand draft to attend the counseling. Please note that you or a person authorized by you have to exercise your option for the specialization and study centre. The option given at the time of admission is final and it cannot be changed later. Candidates will be called for counselling according to the rank in the Entrance Test. Candidates have to choose a Study Centre among those available. In case a candidate is unable to attend the designated counselling session and comes at a later date he/she can choose a Study Centre available at that time.

If you authorize any person to attend the Counselling on behalf of you, he will represent you on the date and time of Counselling. The authorized person is expected to bring all the necessary documents and the authorization letter duly signed by you.(The signature of the authorized person should be attested by you in the authorization letter) In case you come after the time specified, you may lose your rank order for allotment of Study Centre. Kindly note that your admission is valid only if you pay the fee of Rs.18,650/or Rs.19,050/- whichever is applicable. This Call letter for admission Demand Draft for Rs.18,650/- (for candidates who have obtained the Under graduate Degree from any University in Tamil Nadu) or Demand draft for Rs.19,050/- (for candidates who have obtained their Undergraduate Degree from any University located outside Tamil Nadu) drawn in favour of 'The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai' payable at Chennai 10th Mark sheet (original along with one photo copy) 12th Mark sheet (original along with one photo copy) Diploma mark sheets (original along with one photocopy) (if applicable) Mark sheets of all the semesters of the Undergraduate Degree Programme (original along with one photo copy) Mark sheets of Post Graduate Degree programme, if any (original along with one photo copy) Provisional Certificates of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree (original along with one photo copy) Degree Certificates of under graduate and post graduate programmes (original along with one photo copy) Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last studied (original along with one photo copy) One stamp size photo(for issue of ID Card)
