Mandatory Skills Qualification- B.E/MBA Should have worked on ETRM/CTRM systems with hands on experience in energy market especially in Natural Gas or crude oil domain. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role Description Implement solutions using products from SunGard STeP based on customer requirements. This in turn would require this individual to: Analyze and document customer requirements. Carry out effective mapping of requirements in terms of functionality to STeP suite of products. Educate and explain product features and benefits as well as technical specifications to the customer.

 Act as single point of contact for end-users with technical/functional issues with regard to the application within the context of a customer. Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of implementation in a timely and efficient manner. This may require interaction with various counterparts. Escalate issues/concerns raised by the customer appropriately. Interact with project management, product management and other development teams within the organization. Coordinate with onsite team to understand ongoing process changes being implemented by the customer. Ensure that this is communicated to all the stakeholders. Interact effectively with customers and explore possibilities of expanding business with the account.
