Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognized the institute as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO). A. FULL TIME ON-CAMPUS PROGRAMMES: Commencing from July 2012

1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus This multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training of engineering professionals for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organizations. The programme focuses on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and management. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying (PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. 6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria. HOW TO APPLY Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office
