ACTIVITIES/ DOCUMENTS TO BE COMPLETED BY THE EMPLOYEE


Please discuss the handing over formalities with your reporting/ project manager, as per the agreed release date from the Company. We recommend that you prepare a checklist to facilitate the handing over process to your reporting manager or the person nominated by him/ her for the same. Please transfer all files, Company collateral and information on your computer/ laptop to the person you are handing over to. Time sheets duly signed by Customer Manager in case you are deputed to work in a customer location on a T&M assignment. You are also required to return all customer information, equipment, access card etc., and get a clearance confirmation from Customer.

Clearance Form: Please get the clearance from the representatives of the relevant departments Employment Pass Cancellation: Please submit the passports along with the employment pass (EP)/ S pass/ dependant pass (DP) cards to RAGHU BABU One day before last working day. Please note that it is imperative to cancel the EP/ DP/ S Pass cards prior to leaving HCL Singapore, failing which the F&F will not be released. Full and Final Settlement (F&F): The salary for the last month will be hold and will be paid with the F&F settlement. Please fill the Tax Relief form to avail the tax benefit, if your stay in Singapore is more than 182 days from the date of joining HCL Singapore. please send it to Shyam Sasmal at shyam.sasmal@hcl.com Singapore PR can fill the letter of Tax undertaking if they are not leaving the country, please send it to Shyam Sasmal at shyam.sasmal@hcl.com Any outstanding advances will be adjusted/ recovered from the full and final settlement. Leave encashment will be paid as a part of your F&F and as per Company policy. The Company will recover the Tax Amount from F&F based on the Tax order received from Tax Authority of Singapore. Once F&F is processed, it will be sent to employees e mail address. F&F payment will be advised once F&F is reviewed and accepted by employee. Exit Interview Form (applicable for Separation cases only): The exit interview form has been designed to capture your feedback on your tenure at HCL and on some of the key processes and policies of the Company. Your inputs / feedback will further strengthen critical people processes of our organization. Please be candid, as your responses will remain confidential and will be communicated as a part of an overall attrition analysis report.

Work Experience Certificate (applicable for Separation cases only): Work experience certificate will be provided to employee, once F&F is settled. Resignation acceptance letter will be provided by onsite HR on last working day. Please handover all IT assets issued to you. These include but are not limited to Desktop / Laptop/ Laptop bag/ A/C Adapter/ External mouse and floppy drive, CDs In case any assets are misplaced or damaged, an assessment of the same will be made for recovery from your Full and Final Settlement. Please ensure that any relevant passwords are given to the relevant person for smooth functioning in your absence. Please hand over the following items as applicable: Access Card Business Cards Stationary / Calculator / Drawer key
