ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laporan keuangan

terhadap tingkat kesehatan koperasi serba usaha se-kecamatan Buleleng tahun buku
2020. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Dinas Perdagangan, Perindustrian
dan Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Buleleng. Objek dalam
penelitian ini, yaitu laporan keuangan koperasi serba usaha se-kecamatan Buleleng
tahun buku 2020. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode
wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif
kualitatif dan berpedoman pada Keputusan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementrian
dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Nomor: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesehatan koperasi serba
usaha se-kecamatan Buleleng tahun buku 2020 rata-rata memperoleh predikat
cukup sehat. Ditinjau dari aspek permodalan, terdapat 6 KSU dalam predikat sehat,
1 KSU dalam predikat cukup sehat dan 1 KSU dalam predikat dalam pengawasan.
Ditinjau dari aktiva produktif, terdapat 6 KSU dengan predikat sehat, 1 KSU dengan
predikat cukup sehat dan 1 KSU dengan predikat dalam pengawasan khusus.
Ditinjau dari manajemen, terdapat 6 KSU dengan predikat sehat dan 2 KSU dengan
predikat cukup sehat. Ditinjau dari efisiensi, terdapat 1 KSU dengan predikat sehat,
1 KSU dengan predikat cukup sehat dan 6 KSU dengan predikat dalam pengawasan
khusus. Ditinjau dari likuiditas, terdapat 1 KSU dengan predikat sehat dan 7 KSU
dengan predikat dalam pengawasan khusus. Ditinjau dari aspek kemandirian dan
pertumbuhan, terdapat 1 KSU dengan predikat sehat, 2 KSU dengan predikat cukup
sehat, 2 KSU dengan predikat dalam pengawasan dan 3 KSU dengan predikat
dalam pengawasan khusus. Ditinjau dari aspek jatidiri koperasi, terdapat 3 KSU
dengan predikat sehat dan 5 KSU dengan predikat cukup sehat.

 ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON THE HEALTH LEVEL
MULTIPLE-BUSINESS COOPERATIVES IN BULELENG DISTRICT FOR
THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2020

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the analysis of financial statements on the

health level of all-business cooperatives in the Buleleng district for the financial
year 2020.. The subject in this study is Dinas Perdagangan, Perindustrian and
Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kabupaten Buleleng, while the object in this
study, namely the financial statements of all-business cooperatives in Buleleng
regency for the fiscal year 2020. This research collects data using interview and
documentation methods. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis
techniques and is guided by the Decree of Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry
and Smal and Medium Enterprises Number: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016.
The results showed that the health level of all-business cooperatives in the
Buleleng sub-district for the 2020 financial year on average obtained the title of
being quite healthy. Viewed from the aspect of capital, there are 6 KSU in the
healthy predicate, 1 KSU in the fairly healthy predicate and 1 KSU in the
supervision predicate. From the earning assets, there are 6 KSU with a healthy
predicate, 1 KSU with a fairly healthy predicate and 1 KSU with a special
supervision predicate. From the management aspect, there are 6 KSU with healthy
predicate and 2 KSU with fairly healthy predicate. In terms of efficiency, there are
1 KSU with healthy predicate, 1 KSU with fairly healthy predicate and 6 KSU with
a special supervision predicate. From the liquidity aspect, there are 1 KSU with a
healthy predicate and 7 KSU with a spesial supervision predicate. From the aspect
of independence and growth, there are 1 KSU with healthy predicate, 2 KSU with
a fairly healthy predicate, 2 KSU with a predicate under supervision and 3 KSU
with a predicate under spesial supervision. From the aspect of cooperative identity,
there are 3 KSU with a healthy predicate and 5 KSU with a fairly healthy predicate.
