I would like my son/daughter/individual under my guardianship to participate in CFC Youth events or activities. As a parent and/or legal guardian, I remain fully responsible for any legal responsibility, which may result from any personal actions taken by the named participant. I understand this consent can be terminated by me in writing at anytime. I hereby consent to the participation of my son/daughter/individual, in CFC Youth events and activities described above. I fully understand that these events and/or activities will be under the supervision of the designated CFC Couples Coordinators and volunteers. I also give consent for emergency medical treatment if necessary. In the event that somebody else will drive my child, I agree to release the driver from all or any liabilities, as a result of providing a ride thereof.

We will make very effort to welcome other students to be part of our community. We will strive for excellence in all that we do. COMING FROM THE NORTH/Atlanta:

From I-85 South, take EXIT 21 to merge into I-185 S toward Columbus. On I-185 S, take exit 42 for US-27 toward Pine Mountain and turn left onto GA-1 S/US-27 S/Hamilton Rd/Martha Berry Hwy. Continue to follow GA-1 S/US-27 S/Martha Berry Hwy. Turn left onto Barnes Mill Rd. Slight right to stay on Barnes Mill Rd. Destination will be on the right.

CFC Youth is part of a larger ministry called Couples for Christ. Couples for Christ is a worldwide ministry recognized and approved by the Vatican. An official arm of the LAY ministry whose mission is to RENEW THE FAMILIES. Couples for Christ is established in archdioceses all over the world, under the family and evangelistic ministries. Couples for Christ Youth for Christ is active in throughout North America. YFC has university level organizations in the University of Washington-Seattle, Rutgers University, University of Illinois, University of North Florida, UC Irvine, UC Davisand many more. Youth for Christ is also active in high schools all over the country, bringing prayer back to school.

COMING FROM THE SOUTH: From I-75 South/North, take exit #142 and turn right (left if coming from I-75 North) on the ramp onto Highway 96 West. Continue on GA-96 W through Fort Valley until Junction City. Turn right on GA-90 N and continue on until Talbotton.
