Dalam menjalankan usahanya PT. Muara Krakatau selalu mematuhi Undang-Undang dan Hukum
yang berlaku di Indonesia serta menjalankan Usahanya dengan Kode Etik / Prinsip dasar yang
sesuai dengan Buyer Requirement dan Perundangan yang berlaku, termasuk jika ada “Urgent
Business Needs” atau Kebutuhan Kerja Darurat.
(In conducting its business PT. Muara Krakatau always comply with the law and the law applicable in
Indonesia as well as running efforts with the Code of Conduct / The basic principle in accordance with the
Buyer Requirements and applicable legislation, including if there is "Urgent Business Needs")

1. TUJUAN (Purpose)
Urgent Business Need adalah Kebutuhan mendesak perusahaan untuk melakukan kerja di luar
jam kerja normal yang apabila terjadi harus sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah yang berlaku.
(Urgent Business Need is an urgent need for the company to do work outside normal working hours that
the event must be in accordance with applicable government regulations.)

Pedoman ini berlaku untuk semua bagian kegiatan PT. Muara Krakatau
(These guidelines apply to all parts of the activities of PT. Muara Krakatau)

4. URAIAN UMUM (General Description)

Urgent Business / Kerja Darurat di butuhkan jika terjadi hal – hal berikut :
(Urgent Business / Work Emergency needed in case things - the following:)
a. Jadwal Export yang mendesak dikarenakan :
(Export schedule urgent because:)
-. Keterlambatan pengiriman material / bahan baku yang menyebabkan keterlambatan
produksi pada jadwal Export / pengiriman “ Urgent Business” dibutuhkan jika dalam hal ini
Delivery Schedule tetap pada Schedule awal / tidak bisa di undur.
(Delays in delivery of materials / raw materials which cause delays in production on schedule Export
/ delivery "Urgent Business" is needed if in this case remains on Schedule Delivery Schedule early /
can not retreat.)
-. Reject Quality Final Inspection dari Buyer sebelum barang keluar/ export buyer
melakukan Final Inspection pada barang yang siap export. Terkadang Final Inspection di
lakukan mendesak dan diwaktu yang sudah dekat dengan Schedule Export.
(Reject Quality Final Inspection of the buyer before the goods exit / exsport buyer undertake Final
Inspection of the goods ready for export. Sometimes Final Inspection is done urgently and at a time
when that was close to the Schedule Export.)
Urgent Business di butuhkan jika hasil Final Inspection adalah Reject dan harus di perbaiki
dan Jadwal Export tidak bisa mundur.
(Urgent Business is needed if the results of Final Inspection is Reject and must be repaired and
Export Schedule can not retreat.)
b. Peak Season
Adalah waktu atau periode ketika kuantiti order tinggi,dalam hal ini dalam 1 tahun terdapat 2
- 3 bulan Peak Season
(Is the time or period when the order quantity is high, in this case within one year there are 2-3
month Peak Season)

5. PROSEDUR (Procedure)

a. Jadwal Export yang mendesak (Export schedule urgent)

Jika terjadi hal ini maka perusahaan akan menyelenggarakn Jam Kerja Tambahan / Jam
Lembur sesuai dengan perundangan yang berlaku dan karyawan tidak dipaksa untuk
melakukan lembur / karyawan melakukan overtime secara sukarela dengan
menandatangani form Persetujuan Lembur.
(If this happens then the company will hold an additional Working Hours / Overtime Hours in
accordance with applicable laws and employees are not forced to do overtime / employees doing
overtime voluntarily by signing a form Overtime Agreement.)
b. Peak Season
Perusahaan akan menyelenggarakan Jam Kerja tambahan / Jam Lembur sesuai dengan
perundangan yang berlaku dan karyawan tidak dipaksa untuk melakukan lembur /
Karyawan melakukan Overtime secara sukarela dengan menandatangani form Persetujuan
Lembur dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku.
(The Company will hold an additional Working Hours / Overtime Hours in accordance with
applicable laws and employees are not forced to do overtime / Employees perform Overtime
voluntarily by signing a form Overtime Agreement with the provisions of existing law.)
c. Force Major
Jika terjadi sesuatu yang mendadak yang mengakibatkan berhentinya aktifitas
produksi,misal:
(In the event of a sudden something that resulted in the cessation of production activities, for
example:)
c.1. Bencana Alam ( Gempa Bumi , Gunung Meletus, Angin Topan dan bencana alam
lainnya)
(Natural Disasters (Earthquake, mountain erupts, Tornado and natural disastersother)
c.2. Huru Hara (Kerusuhan Massa) (Riot (mass riots))
Maka Perusahaan akan me reschedule jadwal produksi.
(Then the Company will me reschedule production schedule.)

Dan apabila terjadi hal-hal berikut di atas yang menyebabkan perusahaan harus melakukan
Urgent Business Need,perusahaan akan melakukan aktifitas kerja berikut ini :
(And in case of the following things over which forced the company to conduct Urgent Business Need, the
company will carry out the following work activities:)

1. Melakukan penambahan Jam Kerja (Overtime) lebih dari 14 jam / minggu, dengan
catatan jumlah jam kerja per minggu tidak melebihin dari 60 jam.
(Extra Hours of Work (Overtime) more than 14 hours / week, with a record number of hours
worked per week is not melebihin 60 hours.)
2. Kerja bisa di mungkinkan Hari Libur Nasional (Minggu) maupun hari besar nasional,
dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa akan memberikan 1 hari libur yang layak.
(Work can be in the possible national holidays (Sunday) and national holidays, taking into
account that would give one a decent holiday.)

Prosedur ini akan dilaksanakan dengan persetujuan karyawan / Lembaga kerjasama Bipartit dan
dengan rekomendasi dari Pemerintah.
(This procedure will be carried out with the consent of the employee / Institute of bipartite cooperation and
the recommendation of the Government)
