 Informasi Umum
1. Tema: Hak Asasi Manusia.

2. Kategori lomba: Ilustrasi, Videografi, dan Menulis Esai.

3. Seluruh peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam lomba akan

memperoleh sertifikat dan khusus mahasiswa Atma Jaya
juga akan mendapatkan SKP Minat Bakat.

4. Seluruh peserta wajib mengikuti rangkaian acara

‘Human In Us’ untuk memperoleh sertifikat.

5. Biaya pendaftaran untuk setiap kategori adalah sebagai

berikut:
Lomba Ilustrasi dan Menulis Esai : Rp.50.000,00
Lomba Videografi (perorangan) : Rp.50.000,00
Lomba Videografi (kelompok) : Rp.75.000,00

6. Pemenang setiap kategori lomba akan mendapatkan

hadiah berupa:
Juara I : Rp.1.000.000,00 + sertifikat.
Juara II : Rp.600.000,00 + sertifikat.
Juara III : Rp.400.000,00 + sertifikat.

 Pendaftaran (1)
1. Pendaftaran lomba terbuka untuk peserta berusia 16-
27 tahun.

2. Peserta wajib menyertakan bukti berupa kartu

identitas (KTP/Kartu Pelajar/Kartu Identitas Mahasiswa)
dalam format JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF.

3. Peserta wajib mengisi formulir pendaftaran pada link

berikut: https://linktr.ee/HumanInUs2020.

4. Peserta wajib mengikuti akun instagram @GASA.UAJ

untuk mengetahui informasi terkait lomba.

5. Peserta lomba Ilustrasi & Menulis esai mendaftarkan

diri secara individu.

6. Peserta lomba Videografi diperbolehkan

mendaftarkan diri secara individu atau kelompok yang
berisi dua (2) atau tiga (3) orang.

7. Peserta wajib membayar uang pendaftaran sesuai
dengan kategori lomba yang diikuti melalui rekening
berikut: 6300233846 BCA a/n Vania Caroline.

8. Peserta wajib membayar uang pendaftaran maksimal

2x24 jam setelah pendaftaran.

9.Peserta wajib melakukan konfirmasi dengan mengirim

bukti bayar melalui CP dibawah ini (menghubungi salah
satu saja):

10, Panitia berhak mendiskualifikasi peserta yang tidak

membayar tepat waktu.

11. Periode pendaftaran: 23 November - 7 Desember 2020.

12.Peserta dilarang mendaftar di luar waktu pendaftaran

yang tertera.

 Persyaratan Lomba (1)
1. Seluruh karya dibuat berdasarkan tema yang tertera.

2. Seluruh karya harus bersifat karya asli atau original.

3. Apabila terbukti melakukan plagiarisme atau

kecurangan, peserta berhak didiskualifikasi dan biaya
registrasi tidak akan dikembalikan.

4.Bentuk plagiarisme dapat berupa:

a. Mengambil sebagian besar atau keseluruhan

karya orang lain.

b. Tidak menyertakan sitasi pada sumber data.

c. Salah menulis informasi mengenai sitasi.

5. Karya dibuat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris atau

Indonesia.

 Persyaratan lomba (2)
6. Karya tidak pernah dilombakan dan tidak sedang
dilombakan pada acara atau lomba lain.

7. Peserta hanya diperbolehkan mengirimkan karya

sebanyak 1 (satu) kali.

8. Kesalahan akibat kelalaian individu tidak ditanggung

oleh panitia.

9. Karya tidak mengandung kata-kata kasar atau

hinaan maupun pandangan subjektif mengenai politik
atau kelompok tertentu.

10. Keputusan juri adalah final dan mutlak serta tidak

dapat diganggu gugat.

 Pengumpulan Karya
1. Hasil karya peserta lomba Human In Us dikirimkan
melalui Email humaninus2020@gmail.com dengan
subjek: HIU2020 - Ilustrasi/Videografi/Esai -
Nama/Nama Perwakilan Kelompok - Asal Institusi.

2. Khusus peserta lomba videografi, video di-upload

ke Youtube dan Google Drive. Kirim link Google Drive
ke email dengan subjek yang tertera.

3. Apabila peserta merupakan kelompok hanya

salah satu perwakilan kelompok saja yang
mengumpulkan hasil karya melalui email diatas.

4. Batas waktu pengumpulan karya adalah 7 - 18

Desember 2020.

5. Apabila ada keterlambatan dalam

pengumpulan,karya tidak akan dinilai oleh juri.

 Ketentuan Ilustrasi
1. Peserta diperbolehkan membuat ilustrasi dalam bentuk
digital atau fisik.

2. Peserta diperbolehkan membuat ilustrasi menggunakan

aplikasi Canva/PicsArt selama tidak melanggar hak cipta.

3. Peserta dibebaskan dalam menggunakan gaya ilustrasi apa

pun.

4. Format pembuatan Ilustrasi: Ukuran A3 / ratio 9:16 , 4:5 ,

atau 1:1.

5. Peserta wajib mengunggah ilustrasi di Instagram selama 7

Desember 2020 sampai 23 Desember 2020 dengan format :
Caption berisi penjelasan singkat mengenai ilustrasi yang
sudah dibuat , dengan hashtag #HumanInUs #GASAUAJ
#GrasptheRealityActWithEmpathy dan Tag @gasa.uaj

6. Ilustrasi yang dibuat tidak bersumber dari internet.

7. Karya ilustrasi wajib dikumpulkan dalam format PDF dengan

nama file: Nama_JudulIlustrasi.

 Ketentuan Videografi
1. Peserta membuat sebuah video pendek.

2. Jenis video tidak dibatasi, namun harus sesuai ketentuan

yang berlaku.

3. Video berdurasi 5 - 15 menit. Durasi ini di luar kredit dan

pengantar.

4. Video harus mencantumkan kredit apabila peserta

mencantumkan sumber eksternal.

5. Video harus mencantumkan pengantar (kurang lebih 1

menit) yang menjelaskan entri untuk kompetisi.

6. Format video :

a. Nama file : Name / Group Name_Video Title

b. Tipe file : .mp4

c. Orientasi : Landscape

7. Video harus diupload ke akun Youtube dengan

menyertakan tanda pagar:
#HumanInUs
#GraspTheRealityActWithEmpathy
#GasaUAJ.

 Ketentuan Esai
1. Peserta menulis esai pendek.

2. Jenis esai tidak dibatasi, namun harus ketentuan

yang berlaku.

3.Format Esai adalah sebagai berikut; ;

a. Nama file : Nama_judul esai
b. Font : Times New Roman size 12
c. Margin : 3 cm all sides
d. Jarak antar baris : 1,5
e. Jumlah kata :800-1000 words

4. Esai wajib mengandung sitasi APA Style.

5. Esai wajib untuk diketik dan dikumpulkan dalam

format PDF.

 Basic Information
.
1. Theme: Human Rights.

2. Competition categories: Illustration, Videography, and

Essay writing .

3. Every participant will receive a certificate, and

participants from Atma Jaya will also receive SKP.

4. Participants must join every series of events in ‘Human

in Us’ to claim the certificate.

5. Registration fee for each category are the following:

Illustration and Writing competition : Rp.50.000,00
Videography competition (1 person) : Rp.50.000,00
Videography competition (group) : Rp.75.000,00

6. The winner of each category will earn the following:

1st place : Rp.1.000.000,00 + certificate.
2nd place : Rp.600.000,00 + certificate.
3rd place : Rp.400.000,00 + certificate.

 Registration (1)
1. Participants eligible to participate in this
competition are between ages 16 - 27 years old.

2. Participants must provide their IDs in

JPG/JPEG/PNG/PDF to show eligibility. IDs eligible are
residence identity card (KTP), student ID card, and
university ID card.

3. Participants must fill in the registration form

through this link: https://linktr.ee/HumanInUs2020.

4. Participants must follow GASA’s instagram

account @GASA.UAJ for further information
regarding the competition.

5. Participants of Illustration and Writing Competition

must register individually.

6. Participants of Videography Competition may

register in a team of two(2) or three (3).

7. Participants must pay the registration fee according to
each category competition participated by transferring to
this account: 6300233846 BCA a/n Vania Caroline.

8. Participants must pay the fee in 2 days (2x24 hours) after

registration.

9.Participants must confirm their payment by sending a

screenshot of their payment to this contact below (just
contact one person):

with the subject:

10, Late in payment will result in disqualification of the

participants by the committee.

11. Registration period: 23 November - 7 December 2020.

12. Participants must not register outside of the registration

period.

General Terms & Conditions
(1)
1. All artworks must be made according to the
theme.

2. All artworks must be originally made.

3. If there is proof of plagiarism, participants will

be immediately disqualified and registration fee
will not be returned.

4.Forms of plagiarism are as follows:

a. Taking most of or all of other people’s work

b. Not including citations for any data

c. Making mistakes in citing someone’s work

5. All artworks must be made in English or

Bahasa Indonesia.

6. All artworks must not be submitted ever in
another competition be it the past or present.

7. Participants are only allowed to submit

their artwork once.

8. Mistakes by negligence of participants will

not be tolerated.

9. All artworks must not contain any racial

slurs and curse words also specific views of
certain politics and or groups.

10. All decisions made by the judges are final

and absolute therefore unalterable.

 Artwork Submission
1. All forms of artwork from Human In Us is
submitted through email
humaninus2020@gmail.com with the subject:
HIU2020 - Illustration/Videography/Essay -
Name/Name Of Representative - Institution

2. For participants in Videography Competition,

artwork is uploaded to Youtube and Google Drive
and the link to the drive is submitted through
email with the correct subject.

3. If participating in a group, the artwork is sent

by only one representative to the email above.

4. Submission period: 7 - 18 December 2020.

5. Late submissions will not be tolerated and

graded by the judges.

 Terms & Condition
Illustration
1. Participants are allowed to make physical or digital
illustrations.

2. Participants are allowed to use applications such as

Canva/PicsArt as long as it does not violate copyright
laws.

3. Participants are allowed to use any style of illustration.

4. Illustration format: A3 / ratio 9:16; 4:5; 1:1

5. Participants must upload their illustrations on

Instagram from 7 - 23 December 2020. Caption: Write a
brief explanation of the illustration with the hashtags:
#HumanInUs #GASAUAJ
#GrasptheRealityActWithEmpathy and Tag @gasa.uaj

6. Illustrations must not be taken from the internet.

6. Illustrations must be submitted in PDF format with the

file name: Name_IllustrationTitle.

Videography
1. Participants must create a short video.

2. All types of videos are allowed as long as it does not violate

any rules and laws.

3. Video duration: 5-15 minutes (excluding introduction and

credits).

4. Video has to include credits if participants include any

external datas.

5. Video has to include a short introduction (1 minute more or

less) which describes this video as an entry for this competition.

6. The video format is as follows:

a. File name : Name / Group Name_Video Title

b. File type : .mp4

c. Orientation : Landscape

7. Video must be uploaded in a Youtube account with the

hashtags: #Human InUs #GraspTheRealityActWithEmpathy
#GasaUAJ

Essay
1. Participants must write a short essay.

2. All types of essays are allowed as long as it does

not violate any rules and laws.

3. Essay format is as follows ;

a. File name : Name_Essay Title
b. Font : Times New Roman size 12
c. Margin : 3 cm all sides
d. Line Spacing : 1,5
e. Word Count :800-1000 words

4. Essay must contain citations APA style.

5. Essay must be typed and submitted in PDF

Format.
