DESCRIPTION
The ST221 is a single program plug-in controller designed for enamelling and jewellery use. The soak temperature and the soak time are fully adjustable. The ST221 executes a full power heating ramp to the soak temperature where it dwells for the required soak period. Natural cooling then follows.

GENERAL

SETTING UP Press the key to show the soak temperature on the display the temperature indicator flashes. The

soak temperature can now be changed if required with the & keys. Press the key again to show the soak time on the display - the time indicator flashes. The soak time can now be changed if required with the & keys which can be held down for acceleration. A further press of the key returns the ST221 to the kiln temperature display. All settings are remembered while the ST221 is powered off. The key is used to commence or to halt a firing. If a start delay has been set then the delay time remaining will be displayed. During heating the kiln temperature is shown. During soaking the soak time remaining and the soak temperature are alternately displayed. During firing the settings can be reviewed and altered at any time. In the event of a power failure the ST221 will intelligently re-commence firing when power returns.
