Rawalpindi (pakistan), presently Resident of UNITED KINGDOM, do hereby make
appoint and constitute, Mr. Kamran Manzoor SIO Mauzoor Ahmed RIO House
No.253, Ward No. 13 Jhanda Tehsil Gujar Khan District Rawalpindi (pakistan),
NIC No. 37401-1353356-1, as my true and lawful General attorney, with respect to our
landed property bearing Khewat No. 220 Khasra No. 152,238,810,819,820,405,811,817,
share measuring 3 Kanal 14 MarIas and Khewat No. 221 Khasra No. 1151, share
measuring 1 Kanal 12 MarIas and Khewat No. 241 Khasra No. 135, share measuring 15
MarIas situated at Ihanda Tehsil Gujar Khan District Rawalpindi (pakistan) for the
purposes mentioned as:
1. To Sell, Mortgage, Exchange, Transfer, Dispose Off, lease or gift out the above said
property in full or any part thereof.
2. To execute any agreement to sell or Sale Deed or other documents, necessary for the
aforesaid purposes.
3. To receive the whole consideration money of the sold Property, to deliver the possession
and to get mutation sanctioned by Sale Deed or any other Deed as may required.
4. To apply to Courts and OfficerslDepartments for copies of documents of said property on
my behalf.
5. To obtain/refund of stamp duty and court fees, To transfer Land to his relatives in any
manner.
6. To appoint, engage any lawyer/advocate on my behalf regarding the said Property.
7. To appear before any Court regarding above said Property, lead evidence, make
statements, to submit applications, petitions, sign and verify affidavits to withdraw
documents, to inspect files review, revision appeal or writ, and to affect compromise or
withdraw it from any count, to obtain a decree, file execution of decree, to file a petition
from lower court to Supreme Court on my behalf.
8. To receive the summons issued against me from any court of law to defend me and
prosecute the suit/case on my behalf regarding the said property.
9. To engage any other person or his agent as Special Power of attorney.
10. To deposit, installment taxes of any type and receipt thereof,
11. To receive any documents concerning this property on my behalf.
Generally me above said General Attorney is permitted and authorized to do all legal
acts, deeds and things as mentioned herein above or have not been mentioned in this deed
in regarding of my above said property, the detail of which is given in this deed.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FCO ATTESTATION
1. All the documents need to be attested by FCO should be sent to FCO in original. Photocopies are
not attested in any case.
2. Letter of attorney has to be signed in presence of a solicitor who would sign it and put his/her
official stamp, prior sending to FCO.
