With reference to your tender dated 16.02.2007 for the above work, you are
requested to furnish the following certificates.
1) All the certificates furnished by you should be attested by Notary Public.
2) You have furnished the client certificate from M/s. Subaya Constructions Company
Ltd., for having executed for the work of Installation and Commissioning of Under
Ground Sewerage Scheme to Tiruchirap!3.11i Corporation, Srirangan and Golden Rock
on Turnkey basis including maintenanc~ for a period of 5 years during the year
2004-05 - .
In this connection, you are requested to furnish the certificate obtained by the
Principle Employer duly attested by the Notary Public to qualify for award of contract
for the following qualifications.
a) Satisfactorily c.ompletedone similar work of value not less than Rs. 420/-lakh.
b) Supplied,. laid, jointed and tested Stone ware/ RCC/CI/DI sewers of size 150
mm dia and above including sewer appurtenance for a length of not less than
8 KM as stipula.tedin the bid document.
3) You are requested to furnish the valid Electrical License for executing the High
Tension electrification works and should have executed similar electrical works in the
name of contractor or his identified sub - contractortotalingto Rs. 10.00 lakh in any
one year. . ' .
4) You are requested to furnish the original' certificate obtained from the bank for
availability of Credit facilities as per the requirement
 You are requested to furnish the above details on or before26.03.2007 for taking further
action in this tender. Otherwise the tender will be decided on its merits without any further
correspondence with you.
