Lech Lecha 2011. Gen. 12: 1 17: 27.

Traditionally rendered, Go Forth, this phrase is more accurately defined as You go for yourself, or, it is for your benefit that you go. This parsha deals specifically with the exit of Abraham from his birthplace, Ur of the Chaldees. There are 54 letters in this verse: 54 is the gematria of #2930, tameh, meaning unclean, defiled and also Nun-Dalet, Nod, to wander, a vagabond, a place or condition of lamenting. It also is the root of Niddah, the fem. noun meaning menstrually unclean. History teaches that Ur was known for the large furnace in the center of the city. It was this furnace that Nimrod supposedly threw Abraham into after he destroys his fathers idols. Some scholars note the similarity between the Hebrew word Kasdim and Chesed, which means loving kindness, the attribute most used to describe Abraham a hospitable man. A stark contrast to this place that portrays a false loving kindness. Thus, we have a vivid description of the place Abraham is leaving. Lets examine this location. Ur of the Chaldees.
I.

First mentioned in the previous chapter, Gen. 11: 28, its definition begs attention: from #218, ' Uwr, here it is translated as, flame. However, it is also translated light- specifically, the light emanating from the Stellar Luminaries, which light functioned to illuminate the #226, ' owth, signs, signals, memorials represented by these bodies! Thus, the light Ur served as a messenger, harbinger of YHVHs Plan! The next word, Kasdim, #3778, is strangely translated as clod breakers. Once again our journey is cut short unless we dig deeper into the Hebrew language. The Kaf as a prefix means, like or as. The 2-letter root stem is Shin-Dalet and forms the word #7699, sad, sod, and meaning breast. It is this root that forms one of the descriptive appellations of YHVH El Shaddai, The One Who Nurtures! This root also conveys the idea of demons, and of violence, destruction. Ironically, this root in its plural form is seen in the Valley of Siddim, a place adjacent to Sodom where the battle occurred pitting the 4 kings against 5 kings (some of which were Nephyilm) these are the beings, who, along with the cry of the people of Sodom (Gen. 18:21) caught the attention of YHVH, and seems to convey this same definition. Could Ur

Kasdim literally mean the Message of the One from the heavens who nurtures us? When in fact, it hides the identity of one who destroys the message/word/seed of YHVH. Lets look at Gen. 18:21. I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. *Note the Hebrew words: Altogether, #3617, kalah, to end, accomplish, fulfill. It is also the same as the Hebrew word for Bride. From a neg. standpoint, it may also mean to destroy or annihilate. According to the cry, #6818, tsa`aqah, the 2-letter root, Ayin-Qof, is the same root in Jacob. The Tzade attached to the front infers righteousness, while the Hey infers femininity, to conceive.

Is it possible the Watchers/Fallen Ones/Nephilym were attempting to destroy the seed of the Woman/Bride of Yahweh again, to prevent the Righteous One of Jacob from producing seed? YES! Thus, YHVH responds, I will know. Know, #3045, yada`, this word means knowledge, specifically that of a husband knowing his wife intimately! I believe His intent was to save a remnant from Sodom!

Abraham at 75. Abram, #87, ' Abram, meaning exalted Father. From two, 2-letter roots, Alef-Bet = Father and Resh-Mem, which means to lift up, exalt, elevate. It is worth noting that the same root is seen in #7416, rimmon, Resh-MemVav-Nun, meaning pomegranate, the fruit associated with virility, seed, etc. These same pomegranates are seen at the top of the pillars in front of the Tabernacle representing the Seed of the Man, they are also attached to the hem of the Priestly garments. It is quite evident that Abram was the High Priest of the earth. How so? At Babel the language(s) are confused, except for the Shemite lineage passed to Abraham. Abraham is given the Alef-Tav, Hebrew language, which was seen typed in the ORACLES WITHIN THE
II.

BREASTPLATE The Urim (Alef) and Thummim (Tav). *See Ex. 28:30

The word for breastplate, #2833, choshen, has the same gematria 358, as both Messiah and Nachash-serpent. Both wore the Breastplate Ezek. 28:13 15. There are 3 stones missing from the list in Ex. 39: 10 14. Ligure, Agate, Amethyst, whose numerical value translates to: 762, that of the phrase Marah ET Pey YHVH: To spurn, disobey the Mouth (word, Hebrew) of YHVH! Remember Abrams age 75? It has the same numerical value as #3548, kohen. Abraham was chosen to disseminate the HEBREW LANGUAGE/DNA/SEED of YHVH as a contrast to the Seed of the Serpent being sowed by Nimrod! The number 75 is also represented in the Hebrew word millah, #4406, which means, speech, word, and has the 2-letter root, Mem-Lamed, which is associated with being full, complete, accomplished. It also is the root of a word, mila meaning circumcision. Thus, Abram, upon leaving Chaldea at the command of YHVH, becomes the Shadow-Picture of YHVH The Father, whose seed is lifted up (MESSIAH) and circumcised/cut off from the flesh/world, fulfilling the Redemption Plan. The gematria of Abram = 243, the same as Gamar/Gomer, (Hoseas wife) to be complete, to perfect, to cease. Ironically, it is only when Abraham is separated from his nephew that he becomes fruitful: Lot, #3876, Lowt, from #3875, meaning a shroud, or covering. In its noun form, #3874, it is used fig. of the inability of persons to perceive something clearly. *Note the numeric value of Lowt, Lamed-30, Vav-6, Tet-9 = 45, the same value as ADAM. Thus, Abram had to separate from the carnal nature of Adam, the veil or COVERING OF THE FLESH/LOT, IN ORDER TO SEE THE PLAN OF YHVH CLEARLY! Yahshua did this very thing! Eph. 2: 14 says he broke down the middle wall of partition, Gk. #5418, phragmos, a hedge, fence, that which separates. It is from #5424, phren, the parts of the heart, mind, the faculty of perceiving and judging! Abraham and Melchizedek.

III.

Many scholars believe this Melchizedek was none other than Shem. Gen. 14: 19 adds additional insight to the transfer of the Priestly Role to Abraham.

Vayevarechehu vayomar baruch Avram le-El Elyon Koneh shamayim va'arets. The preposition affixed to El Elyon Lamed, means to, toward. Thus, blessed is Avram to YHVH! There is a Hebrew word play that follows: The Qof & Kaf are interchangeable and sound alike. Thus Koneh and Kohen with the Nun Hey switched, looks like a play on Priest! YHVH Messiah, Priest and Possessor of heaven and earth sanctions the anointing of Abraham. Verse 20 then tells us Melchizedek pays tithes to Abraham! The word for tithes #4643, ma`aser, tithe, tenth part. The root, #6235 6240, meaning tithe, wealth, to become rich in possessions, cattle, descendants. A Controversial subject! Weve been taught based upon a passage of scripture in the book of Hebrews (Heb. 6:20 7:10) that Melchizedek had no lineage, no beginning, no end. This cannot be substantiated from Torah as he is only mentioned twice; here in Gen. 14 and in Ps. 110, neither of which mention his genealogy or lack of it. Additionally, the author of Hebrews infers that his line (Melchizedek) did away with the Aaronic Priesthood. What does Torah say? Ex. 29:9, Numbers 25:13, Mal. 2:7, 4:5. What about Psalm 110 which says in the KJV thou are a priest forever after the order of Melchizedek, which is taken to mean after him rather than Aaron. The word after, #1700, dibrah, means in the same manner, mode, cognate with #1697, dabar, word, speech, matter indicating an OATH cut with Melchizedek! Thus, he was priest upon an oath rather than being from a specific Tribe. Thus, Yahshua, who was not from Aarons line, could be High Priest because of the Oath to the FirstBorn cut before the foundation of the world and as first seen in Adam! One of two things can be deduced then from the passage in Hebrews: Either Anti-Semitic bias introduced through translations or a lack of proper understanding by the

writer. Melchizedek was both King and Priest, as was Yahshua because of the Right/Oath of the FirstBorn! Abraham becomes a shadow picture of our day. He is called the first Hebrew and makes his first stop (Gen. 12: 6) at Shechem, unto the plain of Moreh. Shechem means shoulder, the place of burden and responsibility. It was the resting place for Josephs bones and reminds us of Gerazim and Ebal, blessings and curses. He continues to the plain, (#436, ' elown, terebinth tree, ram) of Moreh, #4176, Mowreh, meaning teacher. Traditionally, Shechem has been a place of defiling the Bride (Dinah who was raped) representing the Torah, the House of Joseph like the bones/DNA of Ezekiel 37 have been in this desolate place and are going to revisit the Ram at the Covenant Tree, to hear from the Teacher!
