1. Job purpose and summary:
Assisting in recruiting, managing, evaluating, leading & supporting a team of HR members working on managing, guiding & developing ACES human resources to achieve the highest satisfaction & the highest performance. 2. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: (under the supervision of the HR head)
Functional roles: Setting the criteria, selecting & applying an effective team building, continuous investment and evaluation for the HR members. Following up on the HR members to invest and develop in the crew. Setting and monitoring the evaluation, motivation, rewarding, investment and reporting systems. Coaching and managing HR teams and coordinators. Setting and accelerating ACES feedback system. Preparing and managing HR members to interview and select ACES applicants. Attending and representing HR committee in OD meetings. Organizational roles: Building a team that retains ACES synergy, core competence, spirit & professionalism Applying a free & open environment that encourages creativity, leadership investment and empowerment in the HR. Enhancing organization reputation by being a role model inside & outside ACES. Performing other responsibilities assigned by the HR head. Implementing the above mentioned responsibilities in accordance with ACES code of ethics, ACES culture, values & standards 3.
