Institutional capacity
The given mission and aims come from Institutions activity in strategy development viewpoint. Currently education quality issues are viewed within the other departments activity of the institutions structural units, as there is no separate quality assurance center. Conditioned with this fact there is no appropriate policy and procedures, as well as the review policy of regulating documents and procedures of Institutions activity. A working staff was developed, which is engaged in the activities of development and establishment of quality assurance inner system appropriate to ANQA and European Standards and Guidelines in Quality Assurance (ESG) forms.

Monitoring and regular review mechanisms of projects and educational degrees are not revised, as well as the handbook of development and establishment. Education project description, expected learning outcomes, appropriate teaching and learning methods exist, but on the other side the policy and procedures of benchmarking realization are not given. General specialty educational program and the list of special professional competitions are not in usage. Regular evaluation mechanisms, policy and procedures of specialties educational projects are not developed. Students assessment is realized through 100-score multi-component system. The principles, standards and procedures are presented in Guide for Credit Transfer and Accumulation system, published in the Institute. Assessment process is periodically reviewed /once a year/, where the students take participation too. Currently we havent got approved review policy and procedures. Benchmarking of assessment approach isnt still implemented. GSPI is mainly provided with the academic staff having required vocational competence for realization of specialty projects goals. They regularly participate in trainings on qualification improvement. The assessment of academic staff is generally carried out before reselection by survey, which reveals students opinion about lectures personal and professional competence. But this process is not realized from the perspective of policy and procedures requirements of academic staff recruitment, assessment, encouragement, stability of academic staff situation, as there is no appropriate procedures and strategy. GSPI is provided mainly by learning resources, which are necessary for the formation of study outcomes /professional literature, equipped laboratories, library, internet connection etc./ Students assistance issue is partially solved providing additional professional consultation, individual work. Study and learning methods, evaluation and review of implemented assistance arent developed, as well as the policy and procedures providing the students involvement in this process. Technical installation of sport and cultural infrastructure, available internet connection both for the students and lecturers are required. 1

There arent resource use, availability and productivity assessment standards, tools and mechanisms. 6. There are not developed assessment standards, tools and mechanisms for Information Management, information and documentation management regulation, management mechanisms, and review outcomes. A working staff is created aiming at realization of this standards, which regularly updates Institutions web-side, publishes information leaflets, brochures, makes TV-reports. Information portfolio for first year students, high school pupils, and employees is formed. Policy and procedure of PR materials publication, assessment standards, and tools do not exist. There are not mechanisms providing feedback with the society.
