plomyLAYER plomyPEX and plomyPEX-EVAL are the latest gene-
ration thermoplastic pipes, designed and manufactured to improve
the quality of life of our families. They are more hygienic pipes, more
environmentally-friendly, more reliable and easier to install than tra-
ditional metal pipes.
These pipes are manufactured and certified for:
- Cold water.
- Type 1. Hot water supply at 60 C.
- Type 2. Hot water supply at 70 C.
- Type 4. Underfloor heating and low temperature radiators.
- Type 5. High temperature radiators.
plomyLAYER, plomyPEX y plomyPEX-EVAL son tuberas
termoplsticas de ltima generacin diseadas y fabricadas para me-
jorar la calidad de vida de las familias. Son tuberas ms higinicas,
ms respetuosas con el medio ambiente, ms fiables y ms fciles de
instalar que las metlicas tradicionales.
Estas tuberas estan fabricadas y certificadas para:
- Agua fra.
- Clase 1. Suministros de agua caliente a 60 C.
- Clase 2. Suministros de agua caliente a 70 C.
- Clase 4. Calefaccin por suelo radiante y radiadores a baja temperatura.

plomyLAYER, plomyPEX und plomyPEX-EVAL sind thermoplasti-
sche Rohre der neusten Generation, die zur Verbesserung der Lebens-
qualitt der Familien entworfen und gefertigt wurden. Es handelt sich
um hygienischere Leitungen, die umweltfreundlicher sind, verlsslicher
und leichter zu installieren als die traditionellen Metallrohre.
Sie sind hergestellt und zugelassen fr:
- Kaltes Wasser
- Klasse 1. Versorgung mit Warmwasser bis 60 C
- Klasse 2. Versorgung mit Warmwasser bis 70 C
- Klasse 4. Fubodenheizung und Heizkrper mit niedriger Temperatur

giniques, qui respectent davantage lenvironnement, plus sres et
plus faciles installer que les canalisations mtalliques traditionnelles.

plomyLAYER is a multilayer pipe manufactured in accordance with
ISO 21003. plomyLAYER pipes are made up by 5 layers: PERT internal
layer, adhesive layer, fully welded aluminium layer, adhesive layer and
PERT external layer.
The aluminium layer provides excellent resistance to pressure and tem-
perature, at the same time it acts as an oxygen 100% antidiffusion bar-
rier. The internal layer of PERT avoids corrosion and the external layer
prevents exfoliation.
Main characteristics:
- Piping suitable for drinking water and SHW (sanitary hot water).
- Applicable to hot and cold water inside buildings.
plomyLAYER is a lighter and very flexible pipe, making installation eas-
ier. Its thermal expansion is insignificant and its low roughness factor
prevents lime scale incrustations.
plomyCLICK is the new accessory fully manufactured in PPSU, recom-
mended for plomyLAYER pipes.
plomyLAYER es una tubera multicapa fabricada segn la norma ISO
21003. La tubera plomyLAYER est compuesta por 5 capas: capa inter-
na de PERT, capa de adhesivo, capa de aluminio soldado a tope, capa de
adhesivo y capa externa de PERT.
La capa de aluminio proporciona una excelente resistencia a la presin
y a la temperatura, a la vez que acta como barrera antidifusin de ox-
geno 100%. En cuanto al PERT, la capa interna evita la corrosin y la
externa previene la exfoliacin.

- Tuberas aptas para la conduccin de agua potable y ACS.
- De aplicacin para conducciones de agua fra y caliente el interior de
edificios.
plomyLAYER es una tubera de bajo peso y gran flexibilidad, lo que
facilita su instalacin. Su dilatacin trmica es insignificante y su baja
rugosidad impide incrustaciones calcreas.
plomyCLICK es el novedoso accesorio fabricado ntegramente en PPSU
recomendado para las tuberas plomyLAYER.
plomyLAYER est un tuyau multicouche fabriqu selon la norme ISO 21003.
Le tuyau plomyLAYER est form de 5 couches : couche interne de PERT,
couche dadhsif, couche daluminium soud jusquau fond, couche dad-
hsif et couche externe de PERT.
La couche daluminium offre une excellente rsistance la pression et la
temprature, et joue un rle de barrire anti-diffusion doxygne 100%.
Quant au PERT, la couche interne vite la corrosion et la couche externe
prvient contre lexfoliation.

plomyLAYER est un tuyau qui pse peu et qui est trs souple, ce qui
facilite son installation. Sa dilatation thermique est insignifiante et son
faible niveau de rugosit empche les incrustations calcaires.
plomyCLICK est un accessoire tout nouveau, entirement fabriqu en
PPSU, recommand pour les tuyaux plomyLAYER.
plomyLAYER ist eine mehrschichtige Rohrleitung, die nach der ISO 21003.
Die Rohrleitung plomyLAYER besteht aus 5 Schichten: Innere Schicht
aus PERT, Klebstoffschicht, angeschweite Aluminiumschicht, Klebstoff-
schicht und uere Schicht aus PERT. Die Aluminiumschicht bewirkt ei-
nen hervorragenden Druck- und Temperaturwiderstand und verhindert
gleichzeitig die Sauerstoffverbreitung vollstndig. Hinsichtlich des PERT,
verhindert die innere Schicht das Rosten und die uere Schicht verhin-
dert den Abrieb.
Haupteigenschaften:
- Rohre sind geeignet fr Trinkwasser und Rohren und heiem Sanitrwasser.
- Geeignet fr warmes und kaltes Wasser im Inneren von Gebuden.
plomyLAYER ist ein Rohr mit geringem Gewicht und hoher Flexibilitt,
wodurch die Installation vereinfacht wird. Die thermische Ausdehnung
ist irrelevant und die glatte Oberflche verhindert Kalkablagerungen.
plomyCLICK ist das neue Zubehr, das vollstndig aus PPSU hergestellt
wird, das fr die Rohre plomyLAYER empfohlen wird.

plomyPEX is a PE-Xa cross-linked polyethylene pipe, manufactured, by
means of the peroxide method, in accordance with the European Standard
EN ISO 15875. The main applications of the plomyPEX pipes are for drink-
ing water, sanitary hot water (SHW) pipes and heating inside buildings.
Main characteristics:
- Excellent thermal properties, at high or low temperature.
- High resistance in the long term to pressures and temperature.
- High resistance to chemical products.
- Stable in form.
- Very flexible and minimum thermal expansion.
- Low friction coefficient and minimum head loss.
- Oxidation and corrosion free.
- Silent: noise-free water flow.
plomyPEX is a flexible pipe reducing the use of manifolds and fittings in
any installation. plomyPEX is very light and is supplied in straight lenght
sections and coils. plomyCLICK is the new push fitting fully manufactured
in PPSU, recommended for plomyPEX pipes.

la mthode peroxyde, conformment la norme internationale EN ISO

plomyCLICK ist das neue Zubehr, das vollstndig aus PPSU hergestellt
wird, das fr die Rohre plomyPEX empfohlen wird.
PEX pipes - Tuberas de PEX - Canalisation en PEX - PEX-Leitungen
PE-Xa
plomyPEX-EVAL es una tubera de polietileno reticulado PE-Xa con ba-
rrera antidifusin de oxgeno mediante capa de alcohol etilvinlico EVOH.
Las tuberas plomyPEX-EVAL estn fabricadas segcn la norma UNE-EN
ISO 15875 y EN IS0 1264.
La tubera PlomyPEX-EVAL est especialmente concebida para circuitos
cerrados de conduccin de agua, como son los sistemas de calefaccin
por suelo radiante. La capa EVOH es la responsable de que el oxgeno del
ambiente no pueda pasar al agua del sistema y provocar deterioros por
oxidacin de los elementos metlicos.

plomyPEX-EVAL is a PE-Xa cross-linked polyethylene pipe, manufac-
tured by means of the peroxide method, with an oxygen antidiffusion
barrier by using a layer of ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol EVOH.
plomyPEX-EVAL pipes are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO
15875 and UNE-EN IS0 1264.
plomyPEX-EVAL pipes are specially designed for closed water cir-
cuits, such as underfloor heating circuits. The EVOH layer ensures that
the oxygen from the environment has no access the water in the sys-
tem and does not cause deterioration by oxidation of metal parts.
plomyPEX-EVAL es una tubera de polietileno reticulado PE-Xa con
barrera antidifusin de oxgeno mediante capa de alcohol etilvinlico
EVOH.
Las tuberas plomyPEX-EVAL estn fabricadas segcn la norma
UNE-EN ISO 15875 y EN IS0 1264.
La tubera PlomyPEX-EVAL est especialmente concebida para cir-
cuitos cerrados de conduccin de agua, como son los sistemas de
calefaccin por suelo radiante. La capa EVOH es la responsable de
que el oxgeno del ambiente no pueda pasar al agua del sistema y
provocar deterioros por oxidacin de los elementos metlicos.
plomyPEX-EVAL est un tuyau en polythylne rticul PE-Xa, fabriqu
selon la mthode peroxyde, avec une barrire anti-diffusion doxygne
grce une couche dalcool thylvinylique EVOH.
Les tuyaux plomyPEX-EVAL sont fabriqus conformment aux nor-

La canalisation plomyPEX-EVAL est spcialement conue pour les cir-
cuits ferms de transport de leau, tels que les systmes de chauffage
par sol radiant. La couche EVOH est charge dempcher que loxy-
gne de latmosphre passe dans leau du systme et provoque des
dommages par oxydation des lments mtalliques.
plomyPEX-EVAL ist ein vernetztes Polyethylenrohr PE-Xa, gefertigt

APPLICATION:
DURONIL pipes, manufacted in non-plastic laminated polyvinyl
chloride (PVC-U), are used in distribution and supply of water and
other fluids under pressure.
Its use is recommended for temperatures up to 45 C. and in insta-
llations not exposed to direct solar radiation.
There are two assembling methods for DURONIL pipes:
- Elastic joining.
- Solvent cement glue.
APLICACIN:
Las tuberas DURONIL, fabricadas en policloruro de vinilo no plastifi-
cado (PVC-U) se utilizan para el transporte y distribucin a presin de
agua y otros fluidos.
Se indica su utilizacin a temperaturas de hasta 45 C.
y en instalaciones no expuestas a las radiaciones solares.
Existen dos mtodos de unin para la tubera DURONIL:

plomyDREN pipes are specially designed for underground drain-
age civil engineering works. Its function is to ensure stabil-
ity in the foundations, taluses, walls, roads, etc., by stabilizing
the underground water level avoiding the spouting of humidity.
plomyDREN is also used for drainage of excess water from the soil
when the underground water level increases avoiding salinisation of
the soil and root asphyxia in flooded agricultural areas or in soils with
little drainage capacity.
