JUNE 9, 2010 One (1) Female carabao colored black and a calf owned by Maximo Temario y Sasil of Barangay Robocon, Linamon this province was successfully recovered by this office headed by PI NICANOR CABIGON CANOY with available personnel this office at Sitio Pendulunan, Poonapiagapo through the assistance of prominent leaders of Poona-piagapo headed by Hon. Mayor Farhana Racmat Palawan. Said animals were propeprly turned-over to the rightfull owner upon presenting proof of ownership and proper documentation. June 24, 2010 -Two (2) Male Carabaos, colored black was recovered somewhere in Poona-piagapo after a day of surveillance and monitoring with the effort extended to the Linamon Police Force by Hon Mayor Farhana Racmat Palawan of Poona-piagapo. JANUARY 31, 2011 Two (2) female cows, all colored red, owned by Cristino Larego of Barangay Robocon, Linamon this province was immediately recovered being abandoned by the perpetrator at cogonal area at upper portion of Barangay Robocon upon sensing of the responding lawmen. And was properly turned-over to the rightful owner. FEB. 8, 2011 - Two (2) Female cow, all red, one of which is pregnant owned by Armando Villasor of Barangay Bosque, Linamon this province and was successfully recovered by the responding lawmen, but sad to say that the pregnant one was slaughtered and brought by the suspects the four legs . May 5, 2011 Upon assumption of office last April 17, 2011 acting as Officer In-charge of Linamon Police, outright recovery of one (1) female cow, colored dirty white, one (1) male cow with a calf Poona-piagapo that were stolen by unidentified suspect/s at Barangay Bosque, Linamon this province owned by Fernando Lapuz of said place while being tied near their residence .

NEUTRALIZATION OF WANTED PERSON

Feb. 11, 2011- Arrested one Romeo Perez, 23 years old, married, driver by occupation and a resident of P-3, Barangay Bosque, Linamon, Lanao del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest in CC # 14756 for Reckless Imprudence resulting to Homicide duly issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Alberto B. Abrtagan of RTCLDN, 12th Judicial Region, Brach 3 in Iligan city . April 10, 2011- Arrested one Joseph Araas by virtue of Warrant of Arrest in CC # 14790 for the crime of Attempted Murder dated 30 March 2010 duly issued by Hon Presiding Judge Albert B. Abragan with Bail recommended in the amount of One Hundred Twenty Pesos ( P 120,000.00) for his temporary liberty. June 6, 2010 Arrested one Delfin Omayao jr, 31 years old, married and a resident of Pines Village, Poblacion Linamon, Lanao del Norte for violation of R.A. 7610 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Presiding Judge Allan L. Flores of RTC-Lanao del Norte Brach 01 in Cc # 14196. July 20, 2010- Arrested one Johnrey Tecson, 18 years old, single, out-of-school youth, resident of Poblacion, Linamon, Lanao del Norte by virtue of Warrant of

Arrest in CC # 14835 for the crime of Rape issued by Hon. Presididng Judge Anisah B. Amanodin Umpa of RTC Branch 2 of Lanao del Norte, Iligan City.

RECOVERED CARNAPPED MOTORCYCLE

JUNE 11, 2011 One Honda XRM 110 cc, colored yellow, with plate number KI-4376, owned by POI Ricardo Molejon, FTP recruit detailed at this office was carted away by unidentified suspect/s while being parked outside the municipal hall was recovered after a brief chased leaving behind by the suspect at Saguiaran Bridge, Lanao del Norte . JUNE 1, 2011 - One unit Suzuki Smash 110, single motorcycle, colored blue, bearing plate nr 6735 owned by Pedro Taa, 50 years old, married and resident of Barangay Buruun, Iligan city was taken away by unidentified suspect while parked in front of M Llhuiller Pawnshop at Poblacion, Linamon, Lanao del Norte was immediately recovered by PNP elements this office Led by OIC PI ROEL SANTILLAN ORTIZ which was left abandoned by the suspects along the national highway at barangay Fuentes, Iligan City. Subject Motorcycle was turned-over to the rightful owner upon presentation of proof of ownership.

CONFISCATED/SEIZED LUMBER

MAY 31, 2011 A truckload of 4,060 board feet of assorted sizes of sawn lumbers owned by retired Col. Rodelio Via were intercepted by personnel this office led by OIC PI ROEL SANTILLAN ORTIZ while conducting checkpoint along national highway of Barangay Poblacion, Linamon this province in relation to REVITALIZED INTEGRATED PATROL SYSTEM. Upon verification, it was found having no pertinent documents from the concerned authorities. Seized lumber were properly turned-over to the representative from DENR/CENRO AMINODIN PANTAO for proper disposition of the intercepted sawn lumber.
