Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Company
(MBCR) is contracted to operate Commuter Rail
for the MBTA.
The MBTA is not responsible for any inconvenience
caused by errors in published schedules, delayed or
canceled trains, failure to make desired connections, or
equipment shortages.
* The purchase of a ticket does not guarantee a seat.
* Conductors will not make change for bills larger than
$50.
* Smoking and/or possession of alcoholic beverages is
prohibited on all MBTA property.
* MBTA is not responsible for items left on trains. All
items found on trains are sent to Lost and Found.
