intellectual growth of the individual and educate a competent person and the role of the teacher is he is the sole authority in his subject area or field of specialization. This philosophy focuses in the essential skills of the 3Rs and essential subjects of English, Science, History, Math and Foreign Languages and the trends of this philosophy in curriculum is excellent in education, back to basics and cultural literacy.

- Essentialism. - As a future elementary teacher, I am the one who would gives them the basic skills, knowledge and values for them to improve their natural interest in learning as a learner.

As a future teacher I am going to teach the basic skills, knowledge and values to my future pupils for them to compete in the society they choose to explode.

If I were a subject, I would like to be Mathematics. Because I would like to be a weapon of a childs first learned counting numbers. As a future teacher I am going to help the pupils to solve the problem in the environment. If I were school furniture, I would like to be a blackboard. Because I would like to be an instrument for the childs first learned writing letters and numbers. As a future teacher I am going to teach my future pupils through my stored and acquired knowledge. Because a child is like an empty blackboard and they need to fill with writings which is the facts came from the outside world. Teacher 1 She is a Perrenialist, Progressivist, and Essentialist, why? Because her aims is to educate the rational pupils and promote the intellectual growth of the individual and democratic social living in society. Teacher 2 She is an Essentialist, because she teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and values to cope the needs of her learners. She promote the intellectual growth of the individual and educate a competent person. Teacher 3 His aim is to teach freedom or democratic and social living.. He focuses on the students interest because he is a Progessivist. Name of the School Observed North Davao Colleges School Address Quirino St., Gredu, Panabo City, Davao del Norte, Philippines Date Visit September 6, 2011 - When I entered the Grade II room, I noticed that the chairs are beautifully arranged. The learning materials attached on the wall are clean and well organized. The room was clean and smells good. The room is air-conditioned and have a comfort room inside. They have also a T.V. set, for the pupils rest time. Maam Catherine begin her class by singing a different action songs for their energizer and a prayer. After that, Maam Catherine begun to recall the names of her class for their class attendance on that day and say some reminders for them to listen. She begun teaches her topic by questioning her pupils for her to motivate and open the mind of her pupils for them to become ready and become attentive in the class discussion. During her discussion the pupils listen to her carefully, because they understand well Maam Catherine and because of Maam Catherines loud voice and her teaching strategies are excellent. She discipline her pupils by recalling their names when they make some noise and extra movement during the class discussion. In what area of classroom management was the teacher most effective? Which of the supportive measures were effective? Why? - In disciplining and doing routines in the classroom. Teachers should be a good in

disciplining the pupils and making daily routines inside the classroom for them to imply the good lesson plans they had. If a teacher is good in these area of classroom management his/her lessons procedure will become more effective as he/she going to teach the lesson/topic.

In what area of classroom management was the teacher least effective? Which supportive measures were not effective? Why? - I couldnt say which of these areas of classroom management she is least effective.

Why? Because as I observed her inside the her classroom, I observed that she is well equip as a teacher to teach the topic in her pupils and it is shown in the attitude and evaluation of her pupils. And I know also that she is a product of a good institution.

Suggest more effective ways for your answer in number 2. - I dont have anymore suggestions, because she is good enough in all the area of

classroom management.

Since teaching is defined as the organization of meaningful

learning I should used it for me to become a good and effective classroom teacher, how? By creating situations which enable pupils to do their beast at their own pace. I am going to selects a life - like learning situations and teach them skills and facts to a point where the pupils can relate what they study to activities and problems outside the school through my creativeness and artistic way of teaching.
3. What characteristics do you have at present that can hamper you from becoming an effective classroom manager? How can you overcome these characteristics? - Energetic. I must fight my laziness and always think that if I am going to teach, I

would be energetic for me to have a lively class and become an effective classroom manager.

I agree with her because she is not only teaching the pupils how to read, but she also teaches them how to understand the passage. I agree with her because through grammar the pupils will easily understand the given passage. Through her teaching, the pupils can easily understand the topic which is grammar.

Just like other teacher, their goal is to teach the how, why, who, where, and what in the topic. For the preschooler, the first thing they should know is to write and read a letter for them to connect to the world. It is not easy to teach a beginner like preschool, because you need an extra effort to give them a meaningful learning. I agree with him also, because I found him smart in terms of his strategies in his teaching career. He combined the values to his topic grammar and I liked it. How I wish I could be like him someday. He is one of a kind. He knows the capacity of his learners and needs. Your Analysis Recommendations Teachers should maintain the content information and update the information content. Record keeping is a reliable evidence of the progress of a pupil in school, it serves as a blue print of their works during their classes. The room is too small for them to do their activities.

The pupils are far from sickness, because the environment is clean and well maintained. It is good so far to be strict in terms of disciplining a child because it consists of respect.

It is not easy to discipline a child inside the school because they came from different environment with different attitudes. So far this kind of routines is very good to me. It helps teachers and pupils to communicate well.
