Rains are falling on a far southern track, from NE Mexico to Central Texas this morning. A second area has all ready left heavy totals over N Arkansas, with more on the way.
As of a few day ago-soil moisture rankings were above normal in the Dakotas, Nebraska and NW KS into extreme NE CO. Much of OK has improved soil moisture conditions too, as well as across C TX. Some of the driest areas of Texas and W and N LA will be seeing more rain today and tomorrow. Even dry N GA will see 0.50-1.00 inches late today through Wednesday.
