Development Plan
We suggest 3 steps to develop complete replica of Bayt.com. Here we are going to explain our first step.
Site Map:
11
Site Navigation:
Home:
Home is page visible to visitor in first instance. This page will be designed highly professionally and according to the brand identity of
your job portal. This page will contain following contents.
In first stage we have included job search according to location but does not make automatic redirection of user according to his or
her IP to respective countrys page. (Like Byat.com is doing)
We highly suggest adding this feature in 2nd stage of development. (After the development of infrastructure of Job portal).
12
So as a whole your Homepage will 90% work like bayt.com. Only redirection function will not work. Rest of the functionality will
be similar to Bayt.com
Role of Admin:
Approve Employer
Maintain Subscription Packages
Maintain Pay per job packages
See summary of the website stats (total no. of employers, total job listings, total revenue etc.)
Give limited access to other users to operate the website
As it is the start of your job portal so we will develop admin panel for smaller scale but as size of portal increases we will develop
more complex admin panel. So in start we cannot compare our admin panel with bayt.com, but functionality of our admin panel
will be same as of bayt.com. Difference is only with the size of database and maintainers.
Register Options:
User can register on portal by filling simple form. We also provide facility of login with Facebook. To protect website from spam we
will use CAPTCHA.
Registration options will be similar to bayt.com
Payment Options:
Currently in first step we will provide facility to receive payments through PayPal, because to receive payments from other ways you
require infrastructure at backend. So as your infrastructure develops and you introduce new payment options, we will develop
modules to attach them with your running website.
Payment options will not be similar to bayt.com (due to infrastructure issues)
14
Estimated Budget
We have estimated that it will take up to 1000 dollars for the designing and development of first step of this project.
Note: This Budget neither consists of 2nd and 3rd development steps nor maintenance cost.
This is an estimated cost of First step of job portal.
Maintenance Cost
Here we cant explain how much we will charge from you for maintenance because maintenance depends on size of website which
is dependent on site users. So we will give you detail maintenance plans according to site usage and your requirements.
Thanks for reading. Your feedback about this document will be highly appreciated.
