MEMBERSHIPS a. b. Shouldthevalidityofanyballotbequestionedbyanypersonassignedtocountthe ballots,itshallbethesoleresponsibilityofthechairpersonoftheNominating Committeetodecidewhetherornotthatballotisvalid.IntheabsenceoftheChair oftheNominatingCommittee,theChairpersonoftheAnnualGeneralMeetingshall makethatdecision. TERMS OF OFFICE a. b. ThePresidentandmembersoftheExecutiveCommitteeandStandingCommitteesshall takeofficeonthefirstdayofJulyaftertheirelection. ThetermofofficeoftheExecutiveCommitteeoftheAssociationshallcontinueuntiltheir successorshavebeenelectedinaccordancewiththeConstitution&ByLawsandPolicy Statements. TheTermofOfficeofmembersofStandingCommitteesshallcontinueuntiltheirsuccessors areappointedoruntilthecommitteeisdischarged. NooneExecutivepositionshallbeoccupiedbythesameindividualformorethanfour consecutivetermswithoutnotificationtoandapprovaloftheAGMoratthegeneral meetingpriortotheAGM.InextraordinarycircumstancesanAGMcouldvarythepolicy. When,bydecisionofthemembership,aStandingCommitteebecomesunnecessary,the chairofthatcommitteeshallnotbefilleduntilagainneeded.
