Equipments mentioned in the Installation Report have been satisfactorily and warranty deliverables under our standard support
program is given
below for your reference. Besides these standard Warranty offerings Wipro offers range of IT services through Enhancement / uplift
service packs,
Infrastructure Management Services etc.An up to date list of these services could be obtained from nearest Wipro Service Locations or
Web site
www.wipro.co.in or simply emailing your queries to ecare@wipro.com.

Services Covered under Installation are

Installation and functionality testing of machine as stand alone.


Minimal connectivity tests if the system is part of network.
Software installation will be done if software is brought from Wipro & Installation Charges are bundled in the product price.
Site audit to the extent of checking voltage and earthing.
One time user training for the equipment.
All the above Warranty deliverables are applicable for Rupee Purchase Order only. For Dollar Purchases, Technical Service charges
will have to be
paid extra to cover Installation and Warranty Support.

Wipro warrants that this Wipro Personal Computer / Server / Laptop ("Product") is free from defects in material, workmanship or any
operating virus,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
The limited warranty for the Product extends for the first thirteen (13) months beginning from the date of purchase of the Product
OR twelve (12)
months from the date of installation whichever is earlier. The software and the product casing shall be free of defects at the time of
shipment and,
therefore, shall not be covered under these limited warranty terms.
The limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser ("Consumer") of the Product and is not assignable or
transferable to any
subsequent purchaser/end user unless prior written approval is taken from Wipro.
During the limited warranty period, Wipro or its authorised service network will repair or replace, at Wipro’s option, any defective
Product or parts
thereof with new or factory rebuilt replacement items, and return the Product to the Customer in working condition. No charges will be
payable by the
Customer for either replaced/repaired parts or labour in repairing or replacing the Product.
Upon request from Wipro or its authorised service centre, the Consumer must provide purchase receipt or other information to
prove the date, place
of purchase and /or date of installation.
The Customer shall have no coverage or benefits under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
(a)Damages due to
natural calamities including but not limited to floods, lightning and electrical imbalances (b) The Product has been subject to abnormal
use, improper
storage, exposure to moisture or
dampness, exposure to excessive temperature, unauthorised modifications and repair including use of unauthorised spare parts, and
other acts which
are beyond control of wipro which include but not limited to natural calamities like lightning and flood. (c) Wipro was not notified by
Consumer of the
alleged defect or malfunction of the Product during the applicable limited warranty period. (d)The Product/Accessory serial number has
been removed,
defaced or altered. (e)The Product was used with or connected to accessory not supplied by Wipro and/or not fit for use with the
product or used in other
than its intended use. (f)The damage to the system has been caused by Virus, Trojan horse, External bug etc.; (g)The system has
certain
unlicensed/pirated software;
These warranties are your exclusive warranties and replace all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not
limited to, the
implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes
any other
person to assume for seller any other liability in connection with the sale of Wipro’s products.

This warranty does not cover the following: a) Any software programs, whether pre-loaded or shipped with the Machine, or installed
subsequently
and other items/products including but not limited to floppy disks, Magnetic tapes, printer ribbons, cartridge tapes, printer/plotter pen
stationary, plotter
pens, print heads for DMPs, printer plastics, laser printer, and its consumables, cable fusers/pressure/Image transfer roller, scanner and
its accessories,
disk packs, CD’s, DVD’s, note books, I-pods, web/digital cameras, mobile phones (including Blackberry etc.), batteries and any other
item specified by
Wipro limited (Infotech Group) from time to time; b) Failure resulting from misuse (including but not limited to use of any Machine
capacity or capability,
other than that authorized by Wipro in writing), accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment or improper
maintenance by you;
c) Failure caused by a product for which Wipro is not responsible; and d) The warranty is voided by removal or alteration of
identification labels on the
Machine or its parts. Wipro does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of a Machine. Any technical or other support provided
for a Machine
under warranty, such as assistance via telephone with “how-to” questions and those regarding Machine set-up and installation, is
provided
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Your Additional Responsibilities Before Wipro or your seller exchanges a Machine or part, you agree to remove all features, parts,
options, alterations,
and attachments not under warranty service. You also agree to: 1.Ensure that the Machine is free of any legal obligations or restrictions
that prevent
its exchange; 2.Obtain authorization from the owner to have Wipro or your seller service a Machine that you do not own; and 3.Where
applicable,
before service is provided: a.Follow the service request procedures that Wipro or your seller provides; b. Backup or secure all
programs, data,
and funds contained in the Machine; c. Provide Wipro or your seller with sufficient, free and safe access to your facilities to permit
Wipro to fulfill its
obligations; and d. Inform Wipro or your seller of changes in the Machine’s location.4.(a) Ensure all information about identified or
identifiable
individuals (Personal Data) is deleted from the Machine (to the extent technically possible); (b) allow Wipro or your seller to process on
your behalf any
remaining Personal Data as Wipro or your seller considers necessary to fulfill its obligations under this Statement of Limited Warranty
(which may include
shipping the Machine for such processing to other Wipro service locations in India); and (c) ensure that such processing complies with
any laws applicable
to such Personal Data. (d)Neither Wipro nor your seller are responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary or personal information
contained in a
Machine which you return to Wipro for any reason. You should remove all such information from the Machine prior to its return.
Limitation of Liability LIABILITY: In no event shall Seller be liable for any loss of profits, loss of use, consequential, special or
incidental damages
arising hereunder, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will any damages
attributable to Seller
exceed the amount of payments made to Seller under the Agreement
Governing Law Both you and WIPRO consent to the application of the laws of the India to govern, interpret, and enforce all of
you’re and WIPROs
rights, duties and obligations arising from, or relating in any manner to, the subject matter of this Statement of Limited Warranty, without
regard to
conflict of law principals.
Jurisdiction: All out rights, duties and obligations are subject to the courts of the Bangalore only.
If any assurance of warranty has been given beyond the limited warranty, then please intimate to the address given below along
with a copy of the

Call Registration: for all Calls / Complaints, first point of contact shall be Wipro Technical Help Desk / or nearest Help Desk / Service
Centre. Depending
on Validity and scope of warranty coverage,telephone / e-mail assistance shall be rendered to resolve the problem first. If Call Centre /
Help Desk does
not resolve the problem on site support shall be offered for problem resolution. Customer should quote Serial No equipment no for
warranty validation
and quicker response. Serial number is printed on a sticker pasted the Hardware. Escalations:For problem not resolved in committed
service norms or
