I. Positions (continued from Page 1) 3. Ten Centre Associates is a partnership in which I formerly held 12.5% ownership of commercial real estate, Ten Centre Plaza, Newtown, Pennsylvania. I was a general parmer and had only a passive investment interest. I was not involved in the management or the daily operations of the partnership or the property. My total ownership in the partnership (12.5%) was sold in March, 21010 (see Part VII).
