Recently contracted as a Program Writer in Microsoft on the Content Publishing Team for MSDN Windows and Office Protocols on MSDN.com (2008): a. Incorporated content updates (i.e. text modifications, deletions, image processing and syntax) and prepped new documents into XML format with varied schema types (packets, structures, constants, IDLs, and etc.). b. Used command line tools and created batch files and VB Word Macros to expedite work tasks. c. Complied IDLs for code check in protocol specifications and drafted howto guide for this process. d. Worked with and helped out team-mates. e. Worked with various teams (i.e. internal editorial staff and developers and product team) on protocol specifications to ensure technical accuracy, formatting standards, and code compliance for targeted customers (readers that are high-level developers) f. Ability to generate ideas and draft mock prototypes and presentations in parallel partnership with team-mates once the work flow process and the systems involved is learned. g. Department (2006): (a) Main duty is: processing electronic tickets for account setups/modifications/deletions of corporate employees for different departments and in retail stores. i. This may also include account profile setups in blackberry, x-press mail, or Tele Conference Bridges depending on requesters work-related needs. (b) Provide support to requesters inquiry about the ticketing processes in a quick and efficient manner. (c) Have been on several projects internally such as SOX compliance issues or researched issues and can prioritize my tasks whenever the need arises to meet various deadlines such as handling escalated requests. (d) Have experience using Siebel-based program, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Net Meeting, and running scripts to help expedite the completion of tickets (e) Have assisted our trainer by writing a revised draft of a training document for a complex application. (f) Have trained new co-workers in account setup processes as an IT Account admin. (g) Process Remedy tickets to provide further assistance for an employees account profile and worked with higher teams to resolve system issues for users. 3. Contracted as a game tester for Mario Tennis Nintendo Gameboy Advanced on the Nintendo DS & on the Nintendo Game Boy Advanced systems for remote wireless 4 player game. Found one character dialogue text bug message and wrote up a test case against it and replayed for video taping. Also, played the game in French. Worked as a contract game tester for Nintendo and wrote a test case when encountering a bug in the video game (2005). 5. Worked for Architecture & Design Firm as a part-time Office Administrative Assistant (2005): (a) Directed incoming calls, filing, typed instructions on how to use the office phone system, sorted and prepared mail using UPS, FedEx, and regular postal, ordered office supplies, successfully removed outdated computer equipment without using the company money. (b) Created a company phonebook database using Access and categories separated by several queries. (c) Created Office Administration Directory to keep electronic files organized in one central location on the company's server that is accessible to everyone. 6. Worked for over a year in a part-time job as a Sales Representative for a gift store (2002): Provided Customer Service, answered incoming phone calls, typed up store instructions in electronic format, did data backup on the computer, handled closing sales and closing the store at night, gift wrapping, checking stock and inventory. Computer Experience:

1. Computer Programming Fundamentals, C++, Java, Pascal and Q-basic: Created C++ programs that included multiple header files based on several classes and methods that were tested by vectors, stacks, namespaces, templates, queues, linked-lists, dynamic arrays, pointers, input/output files, inheritance, polymorphism that were tested by a main CPP file. For Java: learned about inheritance, polymorphism, objects, and classes with multiple files that was tested by a main file, and created applets. 2. Created a Black Jack program in java using object-oriented concepts and with parent/class hierarchies as well as other programs tailored to object-oriented methodology. 3. Final Associates Project: Developed an original text-based adventure game using a java applet that is located here: http://ameliaryan.angelfire.com/game/TextApplet.html. The java game makes use of multiple classes, methods, graphic usage, and application available on the net, used UML Style Chart to demonstrate program hierarchy with relationships between classes, methods, and objects.
4. Visual Basic.net, XML/XSLT, HTML, XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Java

Script. Vb.net: Developed and implemented Windows based applications by using windows form and Microsoft.Net Framework: created classes and methods such as final projects as keeping track of airplane aisle/window seats, a simple notepad with some file options on the tool bar, and a window application to connect to an access database and manipulating the displayed data. XML/XSLT: created an address book in XML with pretend data that were verified by DTD & XSD files for proper formatting that I did. I created an XSLT file that displayed the data in the XML file on an html file. Html 2 class: final project: created a business site that implemented correct standards of XHTML, CSS, & meta tags.
