Introduction
Having sufficient knowledge in the subject, cannot make one a
Good Teacher.

Teaching is an art, science and a skill that can be developed by

proper training in addition to having sufficient knowledge. This
Training workshop is designed to provide some insights and
practices in this direction.

Your efforts to contemplate, assimilate, innovate and involve in

the most positive manner will sure bring proportionate results.

Teaching is Divine
Divinity comes when you are in contact.

Just checkout right now your contacts. It will be either having

your physical contacts or mental contacts or both.

In this world, two professions are known to be Divine; they are

Teaching and Medical healing. Both involve contacts with other
human beings. The key point here is, both have total faith in
each other and it becomes divine when one remove the
ignorance or pain of the other/s.

Teaching is considered to be more divine than medical healing,

because one teacher is able to attend many students at the
same time, while one medical doctor can attend only one
patient at a time.

Therefore Teaching is a God given opportunity. Let us make

the Best out of it.

Philosophy of Good Teaching
‘Learning’ and ‘Teaching’ are both sides
of same coin. They go together, hand-in-hand.

Learning is the foundation on which

Teaching is built.
Learning is finding out, what you already
know. Doing is what you know.

Teaching is reminding others that they

know just as well as you know.
-
1. Teaching is a Noble profession.
Teachers to posses Noble characters.

2. Teaching is a personal relationship.

If you want to teach Physics to Paul, it is not sufficient
you know Physics very well, but you should also know
Paul equally well.

3. Teaching is an Art.
You cannot fathom the dimensions of art. It is most
expansive, has a wide range, very fine, has great appeal
to the students, continuously changing, gets refined with
more and more practice.

4. Teaching is an explorative rediscovery.

Nothing is new or original to teach. All were existing since
ages for you to rediscover and refresh to others.

5. Teaching is a dance of all six senses.

All senses are to study, feel, register and correlate for
new creative, innovative concepts.

appreciate our ability to learn & to enhance our capabilities.

• 3 kinds of Brain

• 2 sides of Brain

• 8 kinds of Intelligence's

• 4 types of Brain waves

• 5 kinds of Memory

3 kinds of Brain

1. Reptilian Brain
(Brain stem)

2. Mammalian Brain
(Central part)

3. Thinking Brain
(Outer part)

Brain Dynamics
2 sides of the Brain

Left side is Logical & linear.

Right side Creative & Global.

When some one speaks, the left watches

content of words and the right watches
the Emotion with which it is spoken.

It is natural when words are combined

with pictures, colours, music &
emotion then it is learnt faster.

8 Types of Intelligence

Sculptor

Botanist &
Biologist
Scientific

Introvert

Architect

Socialising Extrovert Singer

Brain generates tiny electrical impulses as

thought travels. EEG measures 4 kinds of waves

Relax, Meditate,
Agna

Theta : Early sleep 4-7 cps. Twilight zone

Flashes of inspiration, Thuriya

Delta : Deep sleep 0.5 - 3 cps. Active sub-

conscious,
5 Kinds of Memories Thuriyatheeth

W-I-R- E-S : Connectivity for the Brain

Working Memory : Short term remember beginning of
sentence till it is completed. It allows several functions
simultaneously. Reduces after 40 years of age.
Implicit Memory : Cycling, Car driving, Swimming. You
will never forget. Muscle Memory,
