HDFC Standard Life-Progrowth Maximiser 3 Birla Sun Life - Platinum Advantage Plan 3 TATA AIG Life - Maha Life Gold 4

OBJECTIVES:

NPS-National Pension System

In the recent Monetary Policy by RBI has taken a bold step in announcing the deregulation of savings account interest rates. Interest rates on saving account could settle between 4% and 6% in the medium term for an amount less than 1 lakh which is more than 2% from the current rates. Some private sector banks like yes bank, Kotak bank has announced the rates whereas the large deposit base banks are unlikely to announce the revision immediately. Growth forecast for the current fiscal to 7.6% from 8% because of slowing world economy and declining domestic demand but the inflation forecast is expected at 7% from the current level of 9.72% in September. Inflation however remains a worry. Hence the equity market is likely to be volatile in the coming months. Infrastructure Bonds issued by IFCI, PFC are in the market to invest and get additional deduction of Rs 6000 (on the maximum IT slab) for an investment of Rs 20,000. 8% Tax free bonds like HUDCO, PFC are in the market for investment. In the Life Insurance, traditional policies of TATA Maha Life Gold, Birla vision and LIC Jeevan Anand will be an option for the investors for their Life cover. Portability in Health Insurance scheme gives more flexibility to move for a better coverage like lifelong health cover, coverage without sublimit etc by paying extra premium. Happy investing and thank you for your wholehearted support to Wealthzone. Please email your queries, clarifications and feedback to us at response@wealthzone.in With Regards M.Ganapathi Subramanian
