PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ALLEGATIONS MADE AGAINST A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER

PUBLIC NOTICE
APMC/DC/015/Case No.8/2010 - Whereas it has become expedient to hold a public hearing against a Registered Medical Practitioner having registered in Andhra Pradesh Medical Council, the Chairman, Ethics Committee of APMC by virtue of the power conferred on A.P.Medical Council under APMC (Enquiry) Rules, 1978 will conduct public hearing on the allegation made by Sri B.Nageswara Rao, Smt.B.Surya Kumari and others in their Petition dated 04-03-2010 submitted to the Honble Governor of Andhra Pradesh and copy submitted to the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council praying for stringent action against the Respondent doctor. Sri B.Nageswara Rao, Smt. B.Surya Kumari, Sri Md.Ayub, Smt. Shakeela are requested to appear before the Chairman, Ethics Committee on 01-06-2010 at 11-00 AM to make their submissions and to produce necessary evidence to substantiate their allegations made against Dr.B.Jagadish, Medikid Childrens Hospital, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Apart from the above named persons, any person who is having any allegation to make against the said doctor is invited and hereby required to attend in person for the said Public Hearing to be held at Dr.CHIGURUPATI NAGESWARA RAO COUNCILS HALL, OFFICE OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH MEDICAL COUNCIL, SULTAN BAZAR, HYDERABAD-500095 at the above named place and time to establish the charges that he/she may have to make. All such persons are requested to file their complaints in the form of affidavits duly attested by a Magistrate of 1st Class, either Judicial or Executive or a Notary Public and also furnish necessary evidence in support of their allegations for consideration of Enquiry Officer so as to reach him not less than three (3) clear days before the day appointed for the hearing of the case. All the members of the public are hereby informed that the persons who are intending to attend the said public hearing may engage an advocate to assist them as provided in Rule-10 of the above mentioned rules. Shakeela are requested to appear before the Enquiry Officer on the date and time mentioned above to make oral submissions and to produce necessary evidence to substantiate their allegations made against Dr.B.Jagadish, Medikid Childrens Hospital, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.
