After a long series of studies and tests carried out on its own plants, Sideros Engineering has developed two main products:

Suction

tables, studied through a tight collaboration with the major international

manufacturers of thermal cutting machines, they are realized in order to support sheet metal during the cutting processes and to remove fumes and dusts generated during the thermal cutting process (iron oxide, carbon and nitrogen dioxides). Characterized by a heavy metal frame, Sideros tables are realized with different lengths and widths ranging from 5.25 ft to 21 ft. Depending on the application, the customer can choose among four capacities (100200300500 lb/ft2), three suction sections (1.65 2.45 3.30 ft) and different models, whose suction system is designed to meet the customers needs. Sideros Engineering tables can be equipped with:

Rapid clean, an automatic scraping system which allows slag and scraps removal
from the dropping surface on the ground.

Sprinter, an automatic pallet-exchange system, which allows the positioning of the

sheet from the working area to the loading/unloading one. Sideros Engineering installed all over the world more than 3000 suction tables.

Cartridge dust collectors are designed to suck up and filtrate fumes and dusts produced
during thermal cutting (oxy, laser and plasma cutting). They guarantee high performance and the compliance with in force international regulation. The high working quality of Sideros Engineering filters enables the re-release of perfectly filtered air into the workshop, with significant energy saving, removing the duty to declare about the atmospheric emissions. Sideros Engineering installed all over the world more than 5000 dust collector units.

SHEET METAL WORKING AND HANDLING MACHINES: Rotoclean, the deburring and descaling tumbler to remove slag and rust from oxy cut,
shorn or pressed pieces.

Rotolift, an hydraulic positioner and handler used for welding, grinding and assembly
operations. Sideros Engineerings production includes also other machines and accessories, as:

Tables for underwater plasma cutting processes. Dust suction benches for welding and grinding operations. Centralised filtration systems for welding and sandpapering of metallic material. Portable filter units, equipped with cartridges or electrostatic filtration system. Articulated fume arms systems.
