Today we will talk about something different, something delicious and such a thing that makes every food tasty.Obviouly, we are talking about Shangrila PVT Ltd. Shangrila PVT Ltd is making lot of different products for their respective customers. Shangrila (Private) Limited ever since its inception in 1988 and enabling Shangrila to become a trendsetter in the art of culinary delight. Our success is the reflection of a strong confidence of our customers in our products, and of their continuous support. Shangrila (Private) Limited, a member of the ADS The Association of Dressings and Sauces USA, has always strived to deliver the best to its customers with an insatiable quest for premium quality.

Our priorities are to produce quality food, in compliance with the international standards regarding food safety.

At Shangrila, we constantly try our best to come up to the expectations of our patrons. Strict quality management policy is stringently implemented, meeting the requirements of the ISO: 9001; 2000. The excellence in food safety has put us on the way to certification under 22000: 2005. Shangrila product range is configured in a large variety to suit the requirements of every kitchen, table, for all occasion at home, work place and restaurant. Shangrila (Private) Limited tries to meet every standard of health, nutrition, taste, convenience and satisfaction.

Traditional Business

Traditional business is the business in which process of buying and selling takes place at some physical place or any work place. For Traditional business usually work force, heavy investment, land are required. Also to purchase a product at workplace is usually time consuming and risky one. Shigrilla foods Is also doing business like that, customers are come in their outlet and purchase a product. Sales were increasing but it was not a convenience process for those who want to shop online or have no specific time to go a market and search the specific product. By owing the situation and to promote sales volume, company planning division began to start planning for this; help from other experts was also taken. Recommendations from other member were also put on table, but nothing was satisfactory. At last it was decided to take help from that expert who deals in Information technology field. This was a ray of hope for company, as they presented some recommendations which were time saving and also suitable for much busy executives who usually dont have specific time to shop physically. This will also be suitable for VIPs who require a contingent of security when shop any where. In future traditional business may take place by e-commerce. This was the time when company decided to start also online business .This online business may initially include a web portal and ecatalog and also an online order form to book an order.

Emergence of electronic business in traditional business


As all of we know that in the coming few years electronic business may be treated as a compulsory part of business .World is growing , products are increasing day by day, innovation has become a part of every product ,technology is advancing ,so in this context no one has enough time to shop physically or search a product physically. By owing this most of the companies of world are now moving towards electronic business. These trends will not only a root of convenience for customers to search product but also for organization to sale its product easily. This will also require bit attention of marketers towards placement as compared to traditional business, so the company can give innovated

product to customer by making research and development department stronger. By seeing these difficulties faced by customers, Shangrila (Private) Limited has decided to start business also online .This will be a convenience for customers. In the initial stage Shangrila (Private) Limited has launched a website, through which customers can see product, size, taste ands other attributes and then after filling a small form customer can book order. At the beginning stage Shangrila (Private) Limited start test marketing ,which will surely be a cause of convenience for customers.

Benefits of e-business to customers


Electronic business is surely a source of convenience for customers especially in those countries who are much advanced in Information technology field. According to Microsoft chief , in the coming years there will be two types of business organizations ,one will be that which will doing business online and other will be that which will not doing business. By this perspective customer and Shangrila (Private) Limited will enjoy following benefits. Convenience: By electronic business customer will feel much convenience because it will leads to easy searching and time saving. For VIPs: Busy executives and other high profile persons who want to buy their products own can easily buy online. Online purchasing will be a source of convenience not only for themselves but also for those ordinary persons. Weather intensity: Intensity of weather will not further be a hurdle for shopping especially in those countries which are intensively cold or may be intensively hot. No time limit: By electronic business service offered by Shangrila (Private) Limited to customers ,it will also provide relief to customer in a sense that there will be no time limit for shopping ,customer just have to log on and place an order .There will be no time limit for closing or opening of mart to buy a product.
