Each lessee must be approved by the Club and the Dorado Beach Legacy Member must provide a copy of the lease agreement (the "Lease") along with this Application. Membership privileges are contingent upon approval by the Club, which approval shall be at its discretion. Lessee must occupy the Dorado Beach Legacy Member's residence to enjoy membership privileges. The Club reserves the right to establish from time to time rules governing the designation of lessees as the designated users of a Dorado Beach Legacy Membership. A temporary membership card will be issued to the lessee listed above ("Lessee"). III. PAYMENT OF DUES, FEES AND CHARGES BY LESSEE

Lessee hereby agrees to pay to the Club a $400.00 weekly fee, including any applicable taxes, to those renting from one week to twenty weeks, as an additional user of a Dorado Beach Legacy Membership. The current amount of dues for each membership category is described on a separate Schedule of Dues, Fees and Charges, and is subject to change. Lessee acknowledges that the Club requires all members and/or lessees to provide the Club with one credit card which the member and/or Lessee authorizes the Club to charge any monthly dues, fees and charges that remain unpaid by the member and/or Lessee 15 days after the date of monthly invoice sent by the Club. Lessee hereby authorizes such billing and shall substitute such credit card with another credit card when it expires. Lessee acknowledges that Lessee will be entitled to charge privileges at the Club so long as his or her status as an additional user of the membership is in good standing. Lessee certifies that the below listed card is issued in the name of Lessee. Lessee agrees that all disputes on such credit card account relating to the Club will be promptly brought to the Club's attention. Lessee understands that Lessee is obligated to keep a valid approved credit card on file with the Club at all times and that Lessee is responsible for any amounts that are not paid by the credit card company. In the event that any amounts owed to the Club are not paid on a timely basis, Lessee understands that member and/or Lessee may be charged payment of interest at the rate contemplated by the Puerto Rico Civil Code in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Club. IV. APPROVAL FOR MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES IN THE CLUB

Lessee acknowledges that as the lessee of a Dorado Beach Legacy Member of the Club, Lessee's status as an additional user may be terminated at the will of the member prior to the expiration of the Lease for any reason deemed appropriate by the member and shall terminate upon the earlier of: (i) termination of the Lease; or (ii) the resignation in connection with the sale of the residence or termination and transfer of the member's membership to the subsequent purchaser or transferee of the residence. The Lessee's privileges shall be terminated upon receipt by the Club of written notice to such effect. Any lessee whose conduct or whose family's or guest's conduct shall be deemed by the Club to be likely to endanger the welfare, safety, harmony or good reputation of the Club or its members or is otherwise improper, may have all privileges associated with the membership suspended or terminated by the Club. The Club shall be the sole judge of what constitutes improper conduct, but improper conduct will include, without limitation: (i) allowing his or her membership card to be used by another person, (ii) failing to pay any amount owed to the Club in a proper and timely manner, (iii) failing to abide by the rules and regulations as established by the Club from time to time, (iv) abusing Club personnel or employees, or (v) acting in a manner incompatible with the standard of conduct of the existing membership or which would likely injure the reputation of the members or the Club. Lessee acknowledges receipt of the Dorado Beach Resort & Club Membership Plan and Rules and Regulations, has read and understands them and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions thereof, as they may be amended from time to time by the Club, with the same effect as if Lessee were a member. Lessee further acknowledges that Lessee is not relying on any oral representations in acquiring status as an additional user of the membership in the Club. Lessee understands that his or her right to utilize the Club Facilities and enjoy the privileges of the Club is derived solely through the Dorado Beach Legacy Membership issued to the member and that Lessee holds no independent rights or privileges to utilize the Club Facilities or to enjoy any of the privileges of the Club, other than pursuant to such Dorado Beach Legacy Membership. Lessee further understands that Family Legacy Privileges, as defined in the Membership Plan, are only applicable to Dorado Beach Legacy Members. Upon any suspension or expulsion of the Dorado Beach Legacy Member, or upon any other termination of the membership held by the member, all of Lessee's rights to utilize the Club Facilities and rights to exercise and enjoy all of the privileges of the Club associated with such Dorado Beach Legacy Membership shall cease and terminate. V. USE OF CLUB FACILITIES BY LESSEE

Lessee hereby acknowledges that use of the Club Facilities and any privilege or service incident to membership is undertaken with knowledge of the risk of possible injury. Lessee hereby accepts any and all risk of injury to Lessee, Lessee's guests, and Lessee's family sustained while using the Club Facilities or while involved in any event or activity incident to membership in the Club. Lessee agrees to release and hold harmless DBR Dorado Owner, LLC, DBR Cerromar Owner, LLC, or DBR Development Management LLC or any of their affiliates (collectively, the "Company") doing business as the Club, its designees and affiliates, its successors and assigns and their respective directors, officers, partners, members, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents and the members of the Club's Member Communication Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the Club.

The undersigned Dorado Beach Legacy Member acknowledges that during the period when a lessee is the additional user of the membership, the lessor member will have membership privileges in addition to the lessee having Club Facilities use privileges. The lessor member shall be required to pay full dues and the lessee shall be required to pay the weekly fee of $400.00 during the period of the lease, with the lessor member being responsible to the Club for dues unpaid by the lessee. The member will be responsible for the deportment of the lessee and for all fees and charges incurred by the Lessee which are not paid within the customary billing and collection procedures of the Club. The payment and satisfaction of all dues, fees and charges incurred by lessees of a Dorado Beach Legacy Member will be part of the obligations imposed and assumed by the member in the HOA Documents (as defined in the Membership Plan). The failure to pay such dues, fees and charges shall entitle the Club to exercise all rights and remedies under Puerto Rico law, including filing a collection action in a Puerto Rico court and requesting an order placing a lien ("anotacin preventiva") on the residence subject to the Dorado Beach Legacy Membership.
