VILLA CVIJET

Villa Cvijet is a well renovated Medieval house located in a peaceful side street just a few steps away from Stradun; the main promenade. Villa consists of 3 apartments (2+2 capacity) and a studio apartment (2+1 capacity) therefore being able to accommodate 8 -15 persons.

Villa Cvijet can be rented as a whole or as individual apartments.

Each apartment consists of: Living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave etc Air-conditioning throughout Sound proofed windows LCD TV with satellite in the living room Free internet connection

APARTMENT PLOCE

Apartment Ploce (120sqm) is located in prestige Ploce area just above the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Offering stunning views of entire eastern side of the city with Old Town and Lokrum island as a central attraction and open sea in distance. This is a calm residential neighbourhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. Walking distance to the Old Town and the beach is 10 minutes. To walk back it takes longer because of the stairs. But, as an alternative, guests can use taxi which is very cheap and costs ca. 6 EUR for 4 persons. Bus tickets for 4 cost the same. Other options are to use car or scooter as the apartment has 2 private parking places.

It is completely new and luxurious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, large dining / kitchen / living area, 2 terraces and pool area with bar / kitchenette. The apartment has one more room with working desk and a double sofa bed that can accommodate additional 2 persons. The equipment includes air conditioning (all rooms), SAT TV, DVD, hi-fi , wireless Internet, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, swimming pool, BBQ and 2 parking places. Apartment accommodates 6-8 people.

VILLA MOKOICA

This wonderful four bedroom stone villa with pool sits on a hill overlooking the pretty harbor and river Ombla at Mokosica near Dubrovnik. Stylishly decorated, this pretty setting will appeal to those who are looking for an exquisite place to stay yet be within easy reach of Dubrovnik city. Villa can accommodate 8 people.

The villa is approached from the front where car parking is available. A patio entrance leads up to the main door where guests enter into a spacious hallway flanked on either side by two double bedrooms each with their own en-suite shower rooms. Stairs to the first floor offer the same layout and rooms as the ground floor. The top (second) floor is the showpiece room of the villa where guests can relax in a long and spacious open plan kitchen diner lounge area with separate toilet. To the outside and rear of the villa there is a summer kitchen, patio area, pool and surrounding garden.

VILLA ZATON

Villa Zaton is a gorgeous, old stone house just a stones throw from the sea in the beautiful, calm bay of Zaton The location is wonderful - Zaton is a picturesque and charming little village in a bay, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. It has little pebbly beaches and swimming spots, and plenty of pine trees for shade its really pleasant to walk along the shore .

The villa is also only 15 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea, and having fresh fish BBQs then you can sightsee, shop or eat in the stunning old town or take a trip to one of the near by islands. Combined of 8 apartments . surrounded with olive tree garden on 3 sides with pool and large terrace. Villa can accommodate a total of 18 guests (20 using sofa beds).

VILLA VRT

Hidden gem in Cavtat is Villa Vrt . With its privileged position in the historical centre of Cavtat, Villa Vrt is the ideal choice for a quality vacation. The villa stretches through 2 floors. The ground floor consists of: living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, and the bathroom. First floor has a double bedroom with bathroom and a terrace for daily rest, while on the second floor there is a double room with bathroom and a beautiful view of Cavtat bay. Villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

Villa Vrt has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Inroom bathrooms are modern decorated, with a Jacuzzi.

Technical equipment of the villa includes internet connection, SAT, LCD TV, and air-condition in each room. All guests can use the garden furniture set for daily relaxation. There is also an outdoor whirlpool with deck chairs, as well as the exercise device to keep in shape.

VILLA PLAVETNILO

This beautiful villa offers a gorgeous garden retreat, a luxurious pool, an elegant outdoor dining area, parking and garage space and stunning view overlooking Cavtat bay.
Villa Plavetnilo is available as a villa (sleeps 10+2) or as three separate apartments (each sleep 2 to 4 guests). Dubrovnik is only 20 min drive away, beach 10 minute walk, grocery shop 50m from the villa and restaurants only 10 min walk

Apartment A is located on the first floor and consists of the 1 bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Sleeps 2 + 1 person. Apartment A2 is located on the first floor and consists of 2 bedroom,2 bathrooms ,fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Sleeps 4+1 people.
Apartment A3 is located on the top floor and consists of 2 bedroom,2 bathrooms ,fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Sleeps 4+1 people.

VILLA GARDEN

Located in Kono area 5 min from the Old Town.

The villa is approached via a pathway up a short flight of stairs into a large garden which features a pond, a good size heated pool which sits in a perfect suntrap, and a covered veranda offering outdoor eating facilities for up to 10 persons with BBQ area nearby. Also, it is approachable by car trough rear entrance. There is a parking space for 3 cars. In Villa sleeps 12 (10+2) Villa has additional 6 app in the vicinity of the Villa only min walk that can accomodate up to 30 pax

The main entrance of the villa is located on the veranda which guests enter directly into an open plan lounge / diner. There is a separate kitchen which offers access to the dining area via a serving hatch. A corridor from the lounge leads to a short flight of stairs up to a 'half-way' first floor level containing one double bedroom with separate shower room and separate toilet. A door in the bedroom leads out onto the rear garden. Also on this level guests will find a utility room and to the rear of the corridor there is a door leading out to the rear garden. The first floor consists of four double bedrooms and two separate shower rooms.

VILLA KOLARIN

Villa Kolarin is is situated in little resort of Mlini just 8 km from Dubrovnik.

Villa Kolarin sleeps up to 8 persons + 2 using sofa bed. All accommodation units are completely furnished and tastefully decorated. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Villa is only rented as whole.

This lovely villa with pool is located in the Mlini , Zupa Dubrovacka only 7 kilometers from Dubrovnik. Villa is surrounded by vegetation ,very close to the beach , restaurant, shop.
Inside area of the villa is 145 m2 with courtyard area of 200 m2.

Villa can accommodate 6 8 people.

Villa G consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
You can also enjoy barbeque area close to the pool.

VILLA AKA

Villa Aka is modern villa with out door pool that is located in Lapad area, just 10 minute bus ride form Old Town or if you prefer walking it will take you 35- 40 minutes. Villa has 12 apartments. Eight of them have two bed rooms around 75 m2 and can accommodation 4-6 people. Four apartments are with one bedroom around 40 m2 and can accommodate 2-4 people. When rented as a whole, Villa Aka can accommodate a total of 40 guests (64 using sofa beds).

VILLA SVETI JAKOV

Villa Sveti Jakov is located only 15 minute walk from the Old Town. Villa is located in an isolated position , surrounded by beautiful garden.

All rooms and terraces have sea views of the Dubrovnik Old Town, Lokrum island. Sleeps 4 + 1people

Upper level of the villa contains two double bedrooms leading out onto a balcony. There is a separate modern bathroom. Stairs lead down to the main living area, which contains a very spacious open plan kitchen, diner lounge with doors leading out onto the lower terrace with the pool and sea views. There is a shower room on this level. From main terrace you can go down to private beach.

This renovated, old, family owned villa has a rich history and is built by traditional materials stone and wood, being an ideal location for comfortable and luxury holidays. Staying in this villa you will enjoy nature and luxury and again you will be close to all that youll need. Villa Konavocica complex consists of renovated old buildings taking a space of 2500 m, including accommodation facilities, swimming pool, big garden, woods with an old lookout and traditional wine cellar.
The accommodation facility itself, consists of 2 two floors units, 160 m housing surface, with 9 -11 guests capacity. First Floor those 106 m space comprises a fully fitted kitchen, living room with fire place, two large bedrooms with bathroom [possibility of separate beds], one small additional room, utility room and washing machine. Beautiful different levels terraces, with pergolas surround the villa from behind and in the front.

Second Floor Exterior stone stairs connect the second and the first floor, with terrace and pergola on the top. The 54 m large second floor comprises a nice living room and a kitchenette, twin bedroom, double bedroom, shower-bathroom and a toilet [separately]. The sofa-bed in the living room can be transformed in a pleasant and comfortable bed, for additional two persons.

Ground Floor Covered parking place for one car is situated in the ground floor, while in the front of the villa there are additionally four parking spaces
