The major points that the writer want to pointed out are about the plan for building, renovating and improvements of different transportation structures and establishments like NAIA 1 terminal that is being tagged as the worlds worse airport, the LRT extension to Bacoor Cavite, MRT 3 LRT 2 Extension in Pasig to Pasig to Masinag in Antipolo, North Rail Project to Clark which are all of the these are drawing and as of unimplemented, only and unaccomplished. He also gives his comment on his article that the government is just like a long journey studies about all of the plans or project that they want to make but not yet none of these are being started. It also mentioned the financing issues of the private sect ors and foreign investor to our government to totally implement these plans. Another is he questioned the effective and level of the present administration.

2) Do you agree/ disagree with the point why or why not? For me, YES! I really agree with the points that the writer mentioned be concerned with because, this article is one way to opened the eyes of some officials that our economic like Mar Roxas and of course our present president. One of the problems of our country is the development, improventment and establishing a unique transportations or it can complete with other country. Regarding to transportation, it give a high level of standard in our economy if they accomplished these entire project. Let us say if the transportations in our country were modernized, it will give big impact to our country and many businessman, investor employees and even in the lower level would be benefited. I know that these projects are not easy to construct and approve because those are many substances that maybe might be considered like the finances, labour materials the effects and many more. But if they give focus/attention on the positive effects or on the positive side of course, theres nothing a reason to still it unimplemented.

3) What particular concepts/ theories we have discussed so were trucked by and related to the article? The particular concept/ theories that we have discussed that related to this article is the three stages of strategic management process, which are strategy formulation strategy implementation and the strategy evaluation. The first is strategy formulation which include the developing a clear vision and mission of one organization. Every business or company has formulated their own strong vision and mission. Because vision our direction and it is what we want to achieve or aimed in the future. Mission is a way of how we achieve our goals. Likewise our present administration has their own vision that they want to bring our country in a new progressive industry and their mission is to have a matuwid na daan. Next is identifying the opportunities and threats. There actually are many opportunities in our government like in what the article has mentioned there are foreign groups that willing to finance the development of the project and we have private sectors. But as you can see our government did not listen to those proposals. Mother part is the internal strength and weakness of one organization. One of the internal strength of our country is the tourism. We have a lot of difference beautiful spots here that can attract many tourism. But if the central face of our country was improved and developed which is the NAIA terminal, there are many tourists will visit here. If that will happened many foreign currencies will enter on the progressive of our economy. And we were proudly in our country. But then again, it can be our weaknesses that the government does not have the guts to do this. Strategy Implementation is also a critical aspect, because it is the action part of all our planned. It is mentioned in the article that what is the outcome of the projects that being establishing by the administration. As I said a while ago, in implementing a planned there are many aspects that might be considered to support it and there are things that need to sacrifice. Like the BUDGET that have role in any kinds of activities. But if they use different techniques their goal-setting will be achieved. The final stage is the Strategy Evaluation. It is the time that they need to evaluate if their strategies are working well. It is not only to evaluate but also the

time to change and do corrective actions to those strategies that not helped in the improvement in the government.

4.) What other ideas or concepts could you like to add? I would like to add the concepts of strategic management on Competitive Advantage Adapting to Change and Strategies. First is competitive advantage, our government need to forms a uniqueness that can be compared to rival firms and there is something assets that different from others. They need to step forward in order to we have a better economy. Next is adapting to change, the present administration need to continually adapting to changes like modernization and development of different transportations to go with the modern trends. Last are the strategists who are the most responsible for the success or failure of an organization. In connection to the article, Mar Roxas have many projects that want to implement but President Aquino still criticise all those planned and not yet approve. If in a big organization like our government has only member who makes to solve the problems of our country, how could it works? Because, when you say organization this is a group working toward one or more shared goals they must improve their interpersonal and group process, more effective communication, enhance ability to cope with the organizational problems of all kinds, and more effective decision processes. For me, the implication of this article are having good decision-making, how totally solve the existing problems, all of you plans will be put into actions and most of all more appropriate leadership style, because in order to grow our economy the leader must be effective in all kinds and have his own goals for our country.
