If the SSL_PORT setting is provided in \Program Files\WebHelpDesk\conf\whd.conf, the Web Help Desk looks for its keystore at \Program Files\WebHelpDesk\conf\keystore.jks. If none is found, a new keystore with a self-signed certificate is generated automatically. The keystore should provide a keypair aliased by the name tomcat. Both the keypair and keystore passwords must be identical to the KEYSTORE_PASSWORD setting in \Program Files\WebHelpDesk\conf\whd.conf. The default password is changeit. For more information about configuring SSL for the Web Help Desk, see FAQ 26 at http://support.webhelpdesk.com. To turn on remote logging, log in to the Web Help Desk as an administrator and set the remote logging host in Preferences > General > Logs to the host on which Chainsaw is running. By default, Chainsaw listens on port 4445. (Note that logging at a level of detail other than WARN or ERROR affects performance significantly.)
