Distribution: All believers are invited to partake of the Bread when it is passed. Retain the Cup, and we will partake together after reciting John 3:16 in unison.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

*THE HYMN OF PRAISE AND ADORATION................................................No. 148
God of Light and Life, you shine your light into our darkness on this holy night. Yet, your coming is not what we expect. Open our eyes as we share scripture, song, bread and cup, and even light so that we might recognize you as you come into the world on this and every day. We pray this in the name of Jesus who comes to show us your Kingdom, even as we pray for your Kingdom as he taught us, Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: for thine is the Kingdom and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

Sung in Loving Memory of Dr. Hoover Fisher Still, still, still, one can hear the falling snow. For all is hushed, the world is sleeping, holy star its vigil keeping: Still, still, still, one can hear the falling snow. Sleep, sleep, sleep, tis the eve of our Saviors birth. The night is peaceful all around you, close your eyes, let seep surround you: Sleep, sleep, sleep, tis the eve of our Saviors birth. Dream, dream, dream of the joyous day to come, while guardian angels without number watch you as you sweetly slumber: Dream, dream, dream of the joyous day to come. Marilyn Keith and Alan Bergman
