Responsibilities

Supporting activities leading to trading in financial instruments specifically in Equities in exchanges across the globe Constantly self improving on financial market fundamentals, market drivers and trends Staying abreast with recent developments and global economic and financial information Developing strategies to take advantage of short and medium term opportunities in financial markets Minimizing risk and maximizing profit potential for instruments researched and tracked Adapting analysis and research quickly to the changing market conditions

Qualifications
1. Graduation with quantitative disciplines (Engineering, Mathematics, M.B.A. finance etc.), with evidences of strong computation and analytical skills in their background 2. Strong communication skills (English) 3. Strong computer skills are preferable 4. Experience of financial markets preferred, but not necessary 5. Interest in financial instruments including equities, Forex, and derivatives is a must

Compensation: The compensation will be a combination of fixed plus variable (performance bonus) components.
Variable Component: The variable compensation and perks are very aggressive, and the upside is immense (based on historical data, we expect it to be about 150% (of the fixed component) for slightly above-average performances). Fixed Component: Fixed component is only to cover your basic expenses. This is the job profile for those who are highly motivated and always looking for upside from variable component. First Three Months (Training Period): 2 Lakhs p.a. After Three to Six months: 2 to 3.5 Lakhs p.a. (based on the performance in the training period)

Location: Gurgaon, India Expected Joining date: First week of January12 Job Type: Full time Working Hours: We expect the candidates to be able to adapt the timings based on business needs. Initially, the working
hours will be 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM (according to North-American Exchange timings)
