Name: Yoshiyuki Hiraoka Position: Managing Director Yoshiyuki Hiraoka was appointed to the Board of Overseas Technical Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in 1977. He was appointed as the Managing Director of the company in 1999. He is a Japanese, Singa pore Permanent Resident, and aged 58, graduated from Kogakuin University, Tokyo with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1967. He began his career with Fuji Kantetsu Kogyo Co Ltd, Japan as an Engineer and subsequently appointed as Chief Engi neer. Has been involved in preparations of estimates, and oversee fabrication and construction of chemical storage tanks and pipelines. From 1977 to 1999, he was responsible for the operational control of the day to day operation of the company including t hat of Overseas Manufacturing (Johor) Sdn Bhd. His management scope widens after his appointment as the Managing Director of both Overseas Technical & Construction Pte Ltd and Overseas Manufacturing (Johor) Sdn Bhd.
TOMOO KONISHI is the founder and major shareholder of OVERSEAS TECHNICAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD and has been with the company since 1977. He began his career with the company in 1977 as President and in October 1999 was appointed Chairman. He is a Japanese, aged 74, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Nippon University. He is a Consulting Engineer registered with the Japanese Government since 1964. He began his career in 1952 as an Engineer with Tatsumi Engineering Co. Ltd . In 1957 he was appointed as Manager, Engineering Division of Koyo Iron Works & Construction Co. Ltd where he was responsible for the overall design and engineering aspects of all projects undertaken by the company. In 1969 he was seconded to a subsidiary company, Fuji Kantetsu Kogyo Co Ltd as the General Manager of the Engineering Division where he was involved with the design and engineering of various projects pertaining to refining and storage termin al, and chemical terminal. In 1977, he established Overseas Technical Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore and also became the major shareholder of the company. He served as the President from 1977 to 1999. The company has been involved in the design and construction of oil and petrochemical projects in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and China.
Lee Ham is a shareholder and Director of the company. He is a Malaysian, aged 58, and holds a Professional qualification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, England and also a Chartered Accountant wi th the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and also a member of the Chartered Management Institute, England. He received his accountancy training in London and Birmingham, England. He has worked as Accountant, Factory Accountant, Regional Controller in the following companies overseas and locally: International Paints Ltd, Birmingham, England General Electric Pte Ltd, Singapore Metal Box Ltd, Petaling Jaya United Plantations Bhd, Telok Intan
TAN LEK LEK was appointed to the board of OMJ on 15 June 2006, after Overseas Technical Engineering and Construction Pte. Ltd. (OTEC), which owns OMJ, became a part of the DIALOG Group of companies. Tan Lek Lek joined DIALOG in 1995 and is Head of Dialog Systems Pte Ltd and Director of Operations, Engineering & Construction. He is also the Director of Technical Audit for the Group and Technical Director for Marketing Operations. He holds a Bachelor Degree with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia and the Institution of Engineers Singapore and a Registered Professional Engineer in Malaysia and Singapore. He has more than 28 years of multi discipline working experience in construction, commissioning and maintenance of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, petrolchemical plants, water and waste water treatment plants, both locally and overseas. He had in the past completed overse as projects for ACT of China, VSP of Vietnam and BSP of Brunei.

In this way, OMJ can be sure that the end product is thoroughly acceptable for handover.
