Introduction
Attendance Management System is an easy to use web application for monitoring the attendance of students and staff of a college or school. There are many customizable options in the application according to the needs of the end user. This application includes many usable options like SMS module, ready-to-print Excel report generation, student wise attendance reporting, student review writing, multiple user management, Faculty attendance management (for Payroll calculation), Biometric attendance reading (optional), etc.

A Web application will be hosted on the server or locally as an interface to store all the required details. The details stored in the database will be represented as required through a Web interface. Administrator can set permissions for users at different user levels for adding, editing and editing the details in the database using authenticated login procedure. The database is highly protected and impervious for any kind of manipulation except by the users with rights acquired from administrator.

Rs. 175/ Student/ Year with a minimum commitment of 350 students One-time Installation charges: Rs. 10000* (subjected to vary depending on the type of device) License Fee for institutions within a group: One-time Installation charges + Rs. 5000/ License Annual Maintenance charges from second operating Year: License renewal fee: Rs. 2500/ License Rs. 175/ Student/ Year and a minimum commitment of 350 students

Terms and Conditions: Charges applicable for publishing the application on internet A service tax of 10.3% is applicable Operating expenses for the devices, technical team involved during setup / maintenance are bearable by the host Additional sms for bulk usage apart from automated generation is subjected to charges accordingly Charges for the next operating years are subjected to the updated conditions / device structures involved
