Responsible for all kinds of Regional Trade Marketing Activities. Assist Trade Marketing Merchandisers to establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans. Working closely with TMM and Regional Sales Team to improve visibility and shopper insights to drive performance. Putting in place, monitor and improve processes of POSM Execution and Regional events in coordination with Regional Sales Team (RSM/ASM/TSO). Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories. Supervise the Brand Promoters POSM execution activities by regular field visit. Need to provide proper guideline regarding finest execution of all kinds of Trade Marketing activities. Documentation and Reporting on a regular basis.

Educational Requirements BBA/ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university. MBA (Marketing) is preferable. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements Candidates must be aggressive, dynamic & determined to build up their career in marketing profession Ability to work under target oriented stressful situation. Strong networking ability with high negotiation skill. Proficient in English & Bengali communication Positive professional attitude and self -motivated. Good computer literacy.

Assist Compliance Officer to establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans. Working closely with Compliance Officer to improve overall ratio and shopper insights to drive performance. Putting in place, monitor and improve processes of SAF Management. Monitoring the Channel Partners and RSPs SAF schedule by regular field visit. Make plan for better performance of Compliance. Follow-up RSP to submit physical papers to distributor within timeline. Documentation and Reporting on a regular basis.

Educational Requirements BBA/ Graduate/ Masters in any discipline from reputed university. MBA (Marketing) is preferable. Experience Requirements 2 to 3 year(s)

Receive the SAF from Sales Executives/Channel Partners/RSPs. Checking the SAF as per BTRC guide line. Scan the SAF and preserve those SAF. Return the SAF to Executives/Channel Partners (If found Faulty). Report to concern department and line Manager regarding SAF collection status.
