ROBBERY STREET Beat D3 TWIN RIVERS RD/LYNX LN, 1/7 1820. Five victims were on the sidewalk when two unknown suspects approached, displayed a gun and stole cash and cell phones. One of the victims was struck in the face and required medical treatment. 12-2311 Beat D2 5400 ELIOTS OAK RD, 1/7 0050 0113. Victim was walking on a pathway when three unknown suspects displayed a gun, assaulted him and stole his coat and other belongings. Through investigation, one suspect was identified. Being investigated as related to below case. 12-2102 ARRESTED: Ramon Rashad Gaither, 21, of no fixed address (charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit robbery and using a handgun in the commission of a felony) SUSPECTS 2 & 3: Black males, 511 to 61, thin build, wearing black jackets and black ski masks. Beat D2 5500 GREEN DORY LN, 1/7 0113. Four victims were standing on the pathway when two unknown suspects approached, displayed a gun and stole wallets from two victims. Two victims were assaulted. The suspects fled down the footpath toward Harpers Farm Road. Being investigated as related to above case. 12-2111 ARRESTED: Ramon Rashad Gaither, 21, of no fixed address (charged with armed robbery, first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit robbery and using a handgun in the commission of a felony) SUSPECTS 2 & 3: Black males, 511 to 61, thin build, wearing black jackets and black ski masks. Beat D6 12100 SHINING STARS LN, 1/8 2105. Two victims were in the cul-de-sac when a vehicle approached and the driver exited and displayed a gun. The driver and two passengers stole their jackets, cell phones and wallets. The vehicle fled onto Indian Summer Drive. 12-2640 SUSPECTS: Three black males; the driver with long dreadlocks and facial hair; no further description provided. COMMERCIAL B&E Beat D4 HOWARD HUGHES BLDG, 10200 LITTLE PATUXENT PKWY, 1/8 1518. Two unknown suspects gained entry through an unsecured door, setting off an alarm. Nothing reported stolen. 12-2584 ARRESTED: Juvenile male and juvenile female RESIDENTIAL B&E Beat A1 9600 SPARROW CT, 12/1 1/6. Unknown suspect(s) stole a bicycle from a garage. 12-2201 Beat B3 8000 JOETTA DR, 1/7 1850. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry to a vacant trailer by prying a front door and stole a washer and dryer. The stolen property was recovered nearby. 12-2327 Beat F2 12500 INDIAN HILL DR, 1/9 0437, ATTEMPT. Unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry to a garage by breaking a side window, activating an alarm. No entry gained. 12-2718 Beat E3 9300 ALL SAINTS RD, 1/7 1200 2300. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry by forcing open the front door and stole a safe containing a gun, cash, credit cards and personal documents. 12-2394

INDECENT EXPOSURE Beat B2 6500 WATERLOO RD, 1/7 1845. An unknown suspect in a vehicle stopped on the parking lot, got out of the vehicle and urinated in front of a grocery store employee. 12-2318 SUSPECT: White male, 60-65 years old, short gray hair, heavy set, wearing black shorts and a tan plaid buttonup, short-sleeved shirt. ###
