(2) energy saving label signs as referred to paragraph (1) above shall be affixed on the product and packaging of all self-ballasted lamp due to be marketed inside indonesia. (3) self-ballasted lamp as referred to paragraph (1) above applied to the cooldaylight type (6500 K) with under the standard registration number of Hs 8539.31.90.20 which already obtained the indonesian certificate of Product Marking standard by the indonesian indonesian national standard Board no. 04-6504 -2001 and its revision.

- 3 article 2 (1) affixing labels must comply with energy saving specifications: a. indonesian national standard iec 60969:2009 self-Ballasted lamps for general lighting services - Performance requirements Work, except the provisions for testing voltage, harmonic total supply voltage, and resistance of the lumen / maintenance lumen. b. criteria for self-Ballasted energy saving lamps as referred to in annex to this regulation. Product information; b. information manufacturer / importers of the brand holder; c. efficacy and the number of stars affixed, supported by report test results from recognized laboratory; d. date, name, and signature; and e. legally binding statement which states that a manufacturer / importer is responsible and can be held accountable for their statement.
