Mr. Gogulski is an accomplished manager with a broad range of skills related to the construction industry. He led teams in the delivery of significant projects for Disney, General Electric, New York City Transit, George A. Fuller Co. and Teradyne. He completed construction of over 3,000 residential units in four states as CEO of Drexcon, a Dallas based general contractor. He is thoroughly familiar with all phases of general contracting, architect/engineering supervision, and construction claims. He helped resolve hundreds of cases in litigation throughout the country and overseas. Ralph M Parsons evaluated his performance as outstanding in all categories as Resident Construction Manager of two contracts at Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. He conducted seminars on the construction claims process at Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and New York. Starting as Planner and Estimator in the Refinery Division of Bechtel Corporation, Mr. Gogulski grew in progressively more responsible steps to Project Manager and Vice President with general contractors. He joined General Electric as Resident Construction Manager with responsibility for construction of six industrial projects on the east coast, then was recruited by his supervisor to join Disney to oversee design and construction of the Contemporary Resort Hotel at DisneyWorld, Orlando, FL. As Director of Facilities for Teradyne, he supervised a capital expansion program for new facilities, worldwide. His passion for construction and achievements have been recognized by the American Society of Civil Engineers as well as his employers. Not wishing to lose this base of knowledge, Mr. Gogulski formed Gogulski & Associates Inc. to provide solutions to some of industrys most challenging problems. His record as an expert witness for settlement on claims, accidents and defects has few equals. He has lectured as keynote speaker for the Association of General Contractors and the Industrial Development Research Council. The American Society of Civil Engineers awarded him a Certificate of Appreciation and $1,000 for his contribution to their Millennium Project in1999, and two of his articles were featured in McGraw-Hills Engineering News Record.
