Washing clothes Every Saturday and Sunday, my Mom and I having a hard time washing clothes because before we washed it, we have to follow certain procedures. First, prepare the soap, bleach, and other materials needed in washing clothes. Second, sort the dirty clothes onto white and colored one. The underwear is included on the white one. Third, pour the basin with water. Fourth, mix detergent soap onto the water in the basin. Fifth, rinse the white clothes with water to soften the dirt in it so that it will be easy to wash. Sixth, soak the white clothes onto the water with detergent and leave for about an hour. Seventh, on the other basin, put again water and detergent then mix and put the colored clothes. Eighth, wash the colored one by rubbing it with two hands. Ninth, rinse it four times with water and the fourth time soak it in the water with fabric conditioner and leave for ten minutes. Tenth, after soaking for ten minutes, squeeze it to remove the excess water and hang it with hanger then let them dry. Eleventh, back to the white clothes and repeat the seventh to tenth procedure but in the eighth one, you have to rub or brush it with fish net or any brush to keep it clean and white. Twelfth, after hanging all the clothes, you may now rest. Do you so the same procedure?

Why should you stop smoking?

Why should you stop smoking? According to the news the estimated number of smokers is 1.3 billion out of 6.6 billion people in our planet. This means that almost of the population worldwide is smoking and now 6 million people may die each year because of the diseases caused by smoking. So now, the World Health Organization (WHO) is working for the Smoke-Free campaign not only in the Philippines but worldwide. The question of smokers is Why do we have to stop smoking? or Is there any harmful effect? the answer for the first one is, you have stop smoking because it give you hundreds of diseases. In the second question, yes of course, there are harmful effects not only to the smoker but also to the second hand-smoker and to the environment. A smoker can have thousand of diseases if he/she doesnt stop smoking. One sip of one stick cigarette is equivalent of thousands of chemicals you intake to your body. And the harmful health effects of smoking are increases the heart rate and blood pressure, straining the heart and blood vessels, heart attack, stroke, slows the blood flow, cutting oxygen to the feet and hands, having limbs amputee, lung cancer, dragging the tar deeper into the lungs, carbon monoxide robs the muscles, brain and body tissues of oxygen, airways will swell up, Emphysema, bronchitis and death. Those are some of the effects. So now, before its too late quit smoking.

Undying issue of RH Bill Many people having a protest against the government about the issue of RH Bill. RH Bill envisions itself to encourage people or parents to use contraceptives in every sexual transaction if the parents cannot handle their children well. It is to avoid an unexpected pregnancy of the woman. This also promotes Sex Education that will be held in different schools for the students to be aware of having few children is more sufficient than having many. Thats why many reactions were seen in public about this issue. Some people are agreed with this but others are not. The congress said that it should be implemented to control the rapid growth of the population but the community of the church wasnt in favour to this because according to them using any contraceptive is a sin a mortal sin to God. They said that if you used that material you are killing a life. While the government said that the use of contraceptives is not killing life because it only prevent the meeting of the cells and since the cells did meet there is no life yet. The church replied that there are natural methods for that if the married couple decided to stop having more child then they have to stop sexual transaction. They also said that its not right to implement to the student the sex education because only the parents have the right to teach those confidential things to their child. Then until now that issue is still on a debate if it should be passing or not. Anyhow, I cant change these peoples opinions or decisions; we just have to decide what the better method is for everyone.
