Risk Analysis – Coach Travel
This form will normally be completed by the Coach Travel Organiser or other person competent in carrying out risk
assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to identify areas of risk and to propose action that will reduce risks.
The responsible person/committee member must approve the proposed Action Plan
