EMPLOYEE NAME: JOB TITLE: JOB FAMILY: DEPARTMENT: PAYROLL COMPANY: SALARY GRADE: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for collecting, organizing and checking monthly data to carry out payroll processing. In addition, this position is responsible to generate payroll related reports for locations, departments and statuary reports such as EOBI, ESSI, Income tax and PF for government agencies. Processing of Loan, Advances, LFA and Medical reimbursements as well as archiving of payroll, external audit, bonus and appraisal coordination comes under this positions responsibility _____________________________________________________________________________________ SCOPE AND IMPECT OF JOB: This position is responsible for processing approximately 16 million rupee salary by handling of 1500 employees Currently this position is responsible to make payroll of DSML, DKSML, BSML, AASML and allied units of DSML (PPP, DT,DBP) Supervisory responsibilities (direct and indirect) Reports to: Group Manager Payroll (Functionally & Administratively) Supervises: Payroll Executive and One person from each plant of executive level Works with: HR, Finance, Audit, Tax, IT, Admin and Treasury department Out side the company: External Auditor _____________________________________________________________________________________ REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Related work experience Prior payroll experience is preferred. Working of 1000 or more employees payroll and Accounts payable experience for three years is highly desirable Formal education or equivalent Bachelors degree in commerce is preferred Skills Must have analytical and computing skills, very good command on excel is essential, should have strong organizational and persuasive skills, be able to perform task independently _____________________________________________________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll Processing (70%) 1. 2.
