Training in budget and perfor mance measurements throughout operations including hourly to middle level manage rs. Provide executive staff with weekly performance results and work with financ e on monthly P&L review of plant operations. Partnership with operations teams include hands on work preparing budgets, monthly and weekly analyses of variances, expenditures, capital and labor utilization. Work directly with operations management and sta ff to develop user friendly reports, what if analyses and standard rate/hour tem plates to ensure maintenance of lean activities and goals. Work directly with Pl ant Manager to develop matrixes, goals and corporate presentations of plant resu lts. Financial duties include financial analyses of all manufacturing expenses ( cost of sales), inventory, freight, warranty and plant expenses.
