 What is WELLOREHAB? WELLOREHAB (pronounced as Vellore Rehab) is a partnership firm created in the city of Vellore by three CMC alumni who have graduated with degrees in Physiotherapy Is WELLOREHAB a franchisee or an associate firm of a larger corporation? No, it is not. WELLOREHAB is a pure home grown business of the city of Vellore and that means whatever the profits that are generated by this firm will stay within this community which supports the local economy. Why do you use W instead of V as the first alphabet if it is to be pronounced as Vellore Rehab? Although it is pronounced as Vellore Rehab (which we felt that we should proudly announce as we three are the products of Vellore) we also wanted to distinguish our diverse services offered by our name. We offer Wellness services (Fitness Center) and an outpatient Physiotherapy service at our clinic. WELL represents the wellness center and REHAB represents the outpatient physiotherapy services. Tell me about your therapists? Three therapists after graduating from CMC where quality of education and compliance to ethics are very well known all over the world, they worked in various places in India (including CMC) and then left to the western countries (Two to the US and one to Australia). Average experience of our therapist is more than 13 years. We also have several other therapists that are highly competent and experienced. Tell me about Physiotherapy @Clinic (PT @ Clinic) service? Physiotherapy @ Clinic service is primarily given to those that are able to go to the out-patient clinic. Our services are customized to individual patients needs. Our approach empowers the patient and his/ her family (using various methodologies) from the beginning so that they would use the PT services optimally, yet reach the desired goals in the shortest possible time, combination of which produces efficiency.

 How does the PT @ Clinic service get initiated?

You simply give us a call and well guide to visit our clinic. Once PT completes the evaluation, hell discuss goals, frequency of therapy & the costs with you.

What conditions do you treat at the Clinic?

Neuro-Rehab: Cover all neurological and related conditions like paralysis, weakness, imbalance, difficulty in walking, eg: Stroke, Spinal Cord Injury. Cerebral Palsy, Peripheral Nerve Injuries, Parkinsons and Alzheimers etc. Orthopedic & Sports Rehab: Includes all types of neck and back disorders, TMJ dysfunction, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Hip-Knee-Ankle-Foot dysfunctions and disorders, Sports injuries and all types of arthritis. Comprehensive Pain Management: Full range of pain management services aimed at rehabilitation of the chronic pain syndrome sufferer. Pre and Post Surgical Rehab: Covers all pre-surgical exercises and education along with post-surgical rehab for all types of joint replacements, fracture fixations and other related surgeries eg: Hip and Knee Replacements. Womens Health: Addresses problems that affect the female population including pre and postpartum exercise, post-mastectomy care, in-continence and osteoporosis. Vestibular Rehabilitation: Evaluation, Treatment and patient education of balance and vestibular disorders including patient suffering from vertigo, dizziness, falls, unilateral or bilateral vestibular hypo=function, imbalance and gait instability.

How do I pay for this service?

Payment is due after each session of therapy that can be paid either by cash or cheque addressed to WELLOREHAB. You shall receive a receipt immediately. You can pay either for your entire session of therapies in advance or pay as you go. Its your choice.

If I choose to pay for the sessions in advance but desire to terminate PT @ Clinic service early, do I receive a refund?
We plan your sessions only in your best interest and not any more sessions than you genuinely need them. Once both the parties agree to the number of sessions, we suggest that patient complete the therapy sessions fully. For any unforeseen reasons you do need to terminate them, we would be glad to refund your money back.
