Working for united airlines rate desk Responsible for fare construction, calculation recalculations of Itineraries .Delivering results as per the SLA's agreed with the process owners for UNITED Airlines. Checking of fare Rules by using Pips (ATPCO) and GDS of Apollo, Worlds pan, Amadeus & saber . Assisting passengers through RSSR & Agency for Consolidator Fare, Corporate Volume Agreement (CVA), Negotiated fares, Unsalable fare under certain deal as per the market contract. Quoting Promotional fares like Round the world, Circle the pacific, Air pass Considering sales restriction, seasonality, validity, Min/max stay and other associated rules. Storing fare for complicated itineraries in Apollo, saber, Amadeus & world span used by the agencies. Knowledge of geography such as Equator, international dateline and Traffic Conference areas as per IATA regulations. Floor support and internal quality check with the reports of non-voice work is an added responsibility.
Worked as a Subject Matter Expert with United Airlines Interglobe Technologies. InterGlobe Technologies is a leading Airline Process Outsourcing firm, seamlessly integrates with different airlines and model by providing excellent services to its Clients. It also has its own airline process named-Indigo Airlines which is running in our domestic territories and is one of the growing airline companies.
