SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS

In this chapter, the proponents discussed the summary, conclusion gathered from the results and the recommendations. Summary The main objectives of the proponents in conducting and disinfecting bacteria with the use of media player that can play sound to create a sound wave that can harm bacteria by changing their manual process into computer based program. Conducting a study was very important for the proponents to be able to know every single process and also to gather all the information needed by the proponents. On this process the proponents may know the difference of using traditional and with this new way of disinfecting bacteria.

Vb.net, Library Media Player Have been used for development of this study. To have a successful study, the proponents had constructed a set of questionnaires to fulfill the objectives of their study, specifically; it sought answers to the following:

53

1. what is the profile of the respondents? 1.1.Personal Qualification 1.1.1 Name 1.1.2 Gender 1.1.3 Contact 1.1.4 Age 2. Are you believe that sound can help to avoid rapid multiply of bacteria? 3. Which product is your first choice that you applied to prevent skin infections? 4. In how many days before the skin infection disappear when you applied your chosen product in the above question? 5. What do you think first if you have a skin infection? 6. If sound can avoid worsening of skin infection, do you want to apply to yourself?

Descriptive method of research was used to develop the proposed study which entitled: Sales and Inventory system with 2D animation interface of SMOC Orchard. Questionnaire is the primary instrument that used to develop this study; it was made to gather the response from their respondents. Questionnaire was composed of three (parts): 1. Respondents profile 2. Problem by the respondents in using their manual system? 3. Evaluation of the proposed system based on the following criteria: Functionality Reliability Security Efficiency Report Effectiveness

To prove the development of the computerized sales and inventory with 2D animation interface of SMOC Orchard, it has been analyzed by the used of Software Development Life Cycle methodology, the development begins with the requirement analysis followed by system design, program

design, coding, unit and integration testing, system testing acceptance testing and maintenance. Visual Table of contents (VTOC), Input-Process-output (IPO) and the context diagram, tools that has been also used to analyzed the System. This tools Breaks the system down into elements also known as the modules. After gathering the data through the use of questionnaire the proponents applied the so called statistical analysis. Frequency,

percentage and weighed mean were the methods used.

Summary of Findings Below are the summarized findings gathered from conducting survey: 1. Profile of the Respondents 1.1 Age. The age of the respondents are range as follows: 18-up. Out of the total 9 respondents, 7 of them are belongs to the age ranging 41-45yrs old, while the remaining 3 belongs to the age ranging age range 45-50yrs old. Showing that all of them are in their prime ages.

1.2 Sex/Gender. Out of the total 9 respondents, 80 percent are male while the remaining 20 percent are female. 8 of them are male and two of them are female 1.3 Position/Designation. The respondents are categorized into seven different positions or job descriptions,1 or 10 percent is clerk, 1 or 10 percent is accountant, 1 or 10 percent is farm assistant, 1 or 10 percent is the administrator, 2 or 20 percent is

purchasing officer , 3 or 30 percent is warehouseman and 1r 10 percent is farm consultant 1.4 Highest Educational Attainment of the Respondents. Nine or 100 percent of our respondents are all college graduates; none or 0 percent are only a high school graduate, as well as with none or 0 percent finished masters degree and doctoral degree. The result stated that majority of the respondents has their educational qualifications. 2. Problems encountered by the respondents using their existing manual system. Out of 9 or 100 percent of the respondents 6 or 60 percent of them encountered problems in security of files. 3 or 30 percent out of four or 100 percent encountered slow process.

2 or 20 percent encountered problems in accuracy of the manual system.

3. Assessment of respondents on the proposed system according to the following criteria: 3.1 Functionality. 100 percent or a total ten respondents have assessed the proposed system as Very Good which is ranked 2nd 3.2 Reliability. Out of 100 percent or equivalent to ten

respondents, 9among them or 90 percent assessed our proposed system as Very Good which is ranked 2nd while the remaining 1 or 10 percent assessed the system as Good which is ranked 3rd
57

3.3 Security.100 percent or a total of ten respondents assessed the proposed system as Very Good which is ranked 2nd. 3.4 Efficiency. 4 or 40 percent of the total ten respondents assessed the proposed system as Excellent which is ranked 1st, 6 or 60 percent assessed the system as Very good which is ranked 2nd 3.5 Report. Out of 100 percent or a total of 10 respondents,1 or 10 percent among them assessed the proposed system as Good which is rank as 3rd, while the remaining 9 or 90 percent as Very Good which is rank 2nd.

3.6 Effectiveness. Out of 100 percent or a total of 10 respondents,1 or10 percent among them assessed the proposed system as Excellent which is rank as 1st, while the remaining 9 or 90 percent as Very Good which is rank 2nd..
